Shellfire VPN

Why can't I award ZERO-STARS? I completely agree with the 1-Star poster. Their VPN doesn't allow the purchaser to access Amazon Prime or Netflix. I realize that that is an on-going problem with many VPN providers, but Shellfire doesn't even care. They answered most of my original e-mails on the subject. Now, nothing. I suspect they have my e-mails sent directly to their spam. That being said, their Shellfire box has worked for me, most of the time. The problem is that right now, it works only with their VPN service which suXX.

They blame me for their clumsy system fault! Use the free service, don't pay if you not need to, I bought their 2 years service, some time ago, they keep bombard me with emails, so I log in to check my account, next thing I know they stop my service even I have 9 months to go, then I email them why, they said before I click to buy and did not pay? Even I have 9 months to go, they refuse to answer about my 9 months left and blame me for because I click to buy and did not pay? Now I'm forced to pay again to keep my service working! I've been supporting them since 2015 with their premium plus service, this is how they treat me.

i give 5 star again if you fix the issue. when i use it in the second time its all black... i dont know the problem....

I use this on PC and android and it works much smoother on PC than android but it still works I'm on a premium account

premium is worth the speed and selection of servers. i like not having my isp log and track.

why i registered without my permission... the app found my email adress in the phone and everything...

Not work

Had an issue with the app - couldn't connect. Told the support I needed urgent fix. They came through in hours and sorted it out. Now all works well. Thank you!

I had a "Premium Plus" subscription from almost a year now. & its not there anymore. Its asking me to purchase a new one. What is this?

It doesn't work most of the time, saying I am not connected to the Internet even though I have premium account.

It worked for a while but now it wont let me connect to the servers at all. First Hola goes, now this. Its getting impossible to get a working vpn app for my tablet and its very frustrating.

Great app it really helps you to access sites were in some countries you have access restrictions.....

Press two/three buttons, and an American like me is now connecting from Germany. Awesome.
