IM+ Pro

This app is awesome. I can keep display pictures for each of my accounts (I have a lot) and it is able to keep the contacts from each account organised under their respective accounts, where most apps mix all the contacts together. It's very easy on the eyes and easy to deal with. The only downside is that it doesn't stay connected for long if it's minimised. Oh and also it has an issue when adding new contacts. If their username isn't short, I have to log onto aim on my computer to add it.

All the neat features the free version has & more! Had a very small bug; heard from the developers within 12 hours! Great support that solved the issue pronto! Looking forward to a good experience on this platform. Well thought-out & ergonomic. Very handy to chat on the fly. Recommended highly.

App keeps signing me off then not letting me sign back in for long periods of time. Notifications not working either. Please update and fix, nougat OS. Will make 5 stars if it works!

I loved this app... until after one update it wouldn't allow me to sign in anymore. Every time I try I get an error that says "per our policy only browsers are allowed to made authorization requests to Google." So unfortunately this app that had served me so well that I even blight the pro version - is useless now.

Lately it's been failing to connect to my AOL account. Yeah, I know no one really is AOL anymore, but I have a could project that insist on using it.

App has problem with downloading chat history from their servers. Support requests are left without any reaction from their side. Support button in the app doesn't work. Do not reccomend buying the pro version. You are better off with Trillian.

Update to material ui please. Great dependable jabber and aim client though. Far more dependable than the (much better ui) Conversations jabber app.

Not showing contacts in compact mode after last update, "disconnect all" button not working preventing app from proper closing. Another year, still no fix. Abandoned by devs?

No updates in ages, most protocols are now broken. Update or at least admit this program's no longer being supported at all!

Used to be good. Used it for Google chat, Yahoo Messenger, AIM and Facebook Messenger. Paid for the app and now there's no Facebook Messenger, no Google chat, no Yahoo Messenger and of course no AIM. I got an app for nothing basically. There has not been any updates recently and no help or response from Support at all.

With the new Google policy change, we cannot sign in with our Google accounts. Please fix it! I purchased it but for now it is useless! Thank you!

For about the past month or more I have not been able to connect any of my IM accounts in this app. Has become completely nonfunctional.

Very poor support for Android, Even you Dont have Time To view our mail request or Suggestion, App is Decent but little bit of bugs in it.

I am not able to see active notifications and they pop up only when I open this app. Can you please check on active notifications for msgs which are been received.

I have multiple accounts I tried to connect and I've been getting nothing but error codes that they cannot connect. All passwords are the correct. I paid for this app, it would be nice if it actually worked.

You need to fix this app. It won't connect to any social anymore. It's buggy and won't stay connected. It doesn't show my profile picture. It won't login on AIM chats.

I paid for this service and still was unable to use yahoo or Gmail accounts. I emailed customer support twice and have not received any response from them it's been over a month Also have been locked out of the App after I emailed them my problem. After so many years of using and now paid for it I get locked out.

Constantly drops me to an offline status. In order to I'm someone have to just start clicking icons until I find the right person. Wish it had names with icons.

Ive had this app for years now and on any android phone ive used it on ive never been able to send attached pictures from my library

Wasn't even able to connect with jabber. Even free apps can do it come on!

It's amazing how many times everyday I have to restart the app because it disconnects. I receive messages but can't send? What's up with that?

The UI is unusable on a Note 8. It is cut in half. Please fix asap.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I've been a longterm user of this app (even before the Android versions existed) and decided to go with the IM+ Pro version. With the exception of Yahoo, MigMe and Beep protocols it mostly works as advertised. However, over the past years (yes, years), _none_ of my tech support requests have _ever_ received anything other than an automatic reply stating my request was received. Fix protocols, address the support issues and I'll consider a proper review.

Since yahoo have changed, this app can not connect to yahoo anymore. Can you fix it? Is yahoo change its protocol?

Everytime I try to attach a picture the entire app freezes before closing.

Just wondering – which version of the ICQ protocol does this app implement? I heard version 4 and above have encryption, is this the case here?

there is no facebook support even though screenshots show it as supported. Had it for several years and nothing changed, most used protocols are not supported. No skype and no facebook support.
