This is a simple Tool to calculate the expenses during a trip or event with friends. It helps you to remember easily the expenses every single person had during a trip and calculates the balance afterwards. Contrary to other calculation tools, this one has the focus on easy usability and handles the problems I was confronted with when doing a vacation balance.

- Handles multiple currencies
- For each spending, it is possible to define a sub-group of receivers, e.g., if you by some meat and have a vegetarian on board ...
- Stores Data about trips on the external memory as xml-files, easy to backup
- Export to CSV for later use in Excel possible
- Send result via email to participants
- Maximum budget definable
- Import and export functionality allows to synchronize with other devices
- payments using a common cash register are possible

Simple design but some features are too hidden.. like i had no idea export was possible until i just read it.. context menu was unexpected Also biggest feature missing in this and similar apps are custom options for payers and payees - e.g i paid 5 and my friend paid 15 and he ate for 5 and i for 15..

Perfect app for when you go on vacation or a trip with your friends. Handels different valuta's and shows what all the members have consumed and what they have deposited.

Exactly what I needed. Had some trouble at the beginning to understand how it works. Idea: add a budget limit !

This app crashes non stop, can't add anything without it crashing and it doesn't save it either. Better off using the scribble pad with the budget list template like I was doing in the first place.
