Bitcoin Wallet

I have been using this app for 2 years with success. However, I recently backed up my wallet and restored it on another device. I did this because I was travelling out of the country with my phone which had the original wallet. Two days later, while outside the country my original wallet shows that the full amount I had has been withdrawn and I have a huge network fee charged. What just happened? Can the developers of this app please explain why there is a withdrawal?

Sent 1k in coin on the 27th using priority fee. It's confirmed almost 300 times but still shows unsent. Iv used this app for 18 months and never an issue. Can't find a customer service location. Are you stealing 1k in bitcoin from me?

Im shocked this app has so many good reviews. This app sucks and it takes over 15mins to send money! Which i have to pay more for a faster transfer! Bread wallet is so much better

Well my payments don't seem to make it to my wallet the apps say paid on free bitcoin and abundance. This wallet needs a way to make sure you get what you worked for watching video and game apps, hours wasted how can I get a response to email. Who's got my back. S. This is not good no payment and lower amount to win. Well surprise I've been robbed can't trust this not been paid by any bitcoin app since the 6th and now it's been weeks bitcoin is a scam a rip off of time no one contacted me about it. S. O. I got my first payment 21. And there was over 40,000 satoshi still hasnt changed steal my satoshi and time SCAMMMMM

Very High fee, I was trying to do a purchase of 13€ and I had 15€ in my wallet. I chose economic fee and it still said I needed 1.5€ more to do that purchase, meaning that "ECONOMIC" fee is like 3.5€ on a small purchase

As I was trying to buy and send to a bitcoin site. I tried to send mb28 bitcoin to them but it says that I don't have enough to pay for the transaction fees so I was confused a press the empty wallet button and the transaction fees don't apply at all so I send it to the site but it takes so long that the website timed out and I lost all of my bitcoin can you guys help my on this and I tried to send this to you through the app but it just crashed

I have an issue with sending payment. I sent my small amount 63k satoshi with economic witch is a low fee perhap but still high fee with 20k satoshi.until now my sending payment was not receive.this is bad for my business as i use app wallet to sent and receive small payment. i need a resolve to this or i have to say it bad for small payment with very high fees.

This is a rip off app i transfered 96 dollars they gave me 76 dollars thats a 20 dollar transfer rate rip off do not use... The value does not flux 20 dollars in mere minutes. They try to justify this with lies. And yes im aware that it is bitcoin but guess what it tells you the dollar amount

Even with all their "safety" features I still managed to lose 20 euros because of some washed out warning message. I thought Electrum was bad, but after this I am more than happy to start using it again.

I used to love this wallet as it was simple, however the fees are getting out of control. They last 2 transactions they have added a fee that was 50% of the total of the initial transaction ie £1 worth btc 50p worth of fees £5 worth of btc £2.50 worth of fees, it's extortion. It's no longer feasible to use something that is so costly to do transfers. I have ended up switching back to my coinbase wallet sadly as it far cheaper per transaction than this. It's unfortunate as I like the layout, however there is no choice to reduce the fees at all and I refuse to pay 50p out of every £1 worth btc in fees to transfer my own cryptos In reply to the developers when time and time again coinbase charge a maximum of half of your network fee there is something a miss with what you are stating also their transfers are far faster.
