Worked well for the first week, although was meant to be for more than one user. It worked for me fine but couldn't get anyone else on. Now 2 weeks later it's stopped working all together. The scales still work just doesn't synch with app no matter what I do.

At first everything looks fine, the weight has been displayed on the app, and then it started processing; however it never return any results, even after 40 minutes. It looks like I need to prevent phone from sleep otherwise app stops. Rubbish! Don't buy the Scale! It doesn't work. Many people complains and they do nothing to fix it.

Good idea, rather bad end result. The app works pretty much only when it feels like. Last week was suprisingly ok. Before that i was ready to throw the scale away together with the app. I think you should try to put some work in to it, so you can provide smooth and efficient processes.

The scales work great. The app does not. From it saying sync complete but not actually updating the app with that reading....To it saying my profile is gone from the cloud do I want to keep or delete my local profile, right through to having to uninstall the app and re install just to get it to start working again. Appalling. Needs a huge fix Urgently

All measurements are taken successfully but the scale will only synchronise with the app manually (although set to automatic) and even then will only synch the most recent measurement. The scale is supposed to log and recall recent measurements even if not synchronised at the time and then upload them later when connected. Unfortunately this does not happen and unsynched measurements appear to be lostwith only the most recent measurements being synched. Am not impressed as constant logging is important.

It could be great app if it was actually possible to pair it with Bluetooth as needed. I've had problems with connecting since the day I installed it meaning i have to fiddle around turning Bluetooth on and off in the hope of getting it to work. It turns a quick jump on the scales in the morning into a half hour job.

I thought the bluetooth scale was an absolute bargain but after the first time of connecting to my phone via bluetooth it stopped connecting. I tried with another device and the same thing happened. I replaced the product thinking that it had a fault but the new one did the same thing. Connected once then not again. I had to return the scales as they weren't reliable.

It does what it was made to do with few problems on my phone (S5). I particularly like the charts and graphs that are generated,once enough data has been gathered. :D

Scales are okay. App does not sync for days despite all efforts. No error messages or confirmation of what's actually working between app and scales. I've got app on 3 devices and same problem. Last sync was 6 days ago.

Great app, and great devices if you know how to set! I think after reading all this comments that many people simply have problems with proper set of the app and devices thats why something doesnt work. I have scale SBF70 and blood pressure monitor SBM67, all works perfect, everything is synchronising every time with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I have tested all devices for couples of weeks. I'm verry happy with this product, and the funny thing was that I have read all this bad reviews before I have bought all this, and I took a risk, proper decision. now I have full control under my BMI, body fat, water in my body etc. Recommend to anyone.

Have to pair BT each time with pin 00000000 when I want transfer sbm67 data. Data transfer sometimes work sometimes not work. Please fix bt issue. Android 4.4.4 xiaomi mi4w Update: Phone updated to Marshmello android 6.0.1 -> Now no more pairing with device possible. Cannt communicate error message. Please fix or do not sale such products! End solution: never buy again any sanitas product!

I always have to weigh myself twice. First time the scales shows 1.5 kg more than the actual weight. Synchronizing is a nightmare and the service guys are some s***heads telling you only certain types of phones are supported, running ancient versions of Android. Be aware!

Sanitas Scales. Worked amazing then after a week unable to connect, via Bluetooth. Spent hours trying to rectify. Bought via my local Lidl. Very disappointed. Seems these scales are useless for many users. Sanitas sort this mess out. Your reputation is at risk.

Recently moved to an Android phone from iOS where the app was working perfectly. On this version whenever I try to add my sbf70, when I select it, the app freezes and ends up crashing. This app hasn't been updated for almost a year and I guess has issues with Nougat and newer devices...This renders the scale half-useless and the app completely meaningless.

Would not recommend at all. Bought 3 sanitas items from lidl . All say paired with app. The watch syncs the steps only for that day. I rang sanitas UK and the girl couldn't even help me as they were all new products. Also not on the website

I bought a Sampras SBF 70 scale. This app barely connects properly. What a waste of money! Lucky I kept my receipt, back to the store we go!

This app is totally useless, I will not connect to the scale even though the scale Bluetooth is working fine. I even connected the BT manually in the phone settings and it still won't connect. Probably the worst app I have ever used and really should get ZERO STARS.

Been using for a few months for step tracker and sleep monitoring with SAS75 on Samsung S5 Mini. No real problems, a couple of crashes but worked again on 2nd go. It'd be good if it tracked activity throughout the day rather than just the final total (sleep tracker does this and it's great!). It'd be helpful for me to see when I'm least active. I'd give 5 stars if it did that.

The app has seriously performance issues and bugs. I spend a lot of time trying to connect my scale to the app, in most of the cases unsuccessfully. If you really want people to enjoy this feature you claim you provide, spend some money and make this app work! My scale is SBF70.

It worked fine (if a little quirky and unthought out) until my Android Nougat update. Now it will pair with my scales but not connect. You really do get what you pay for.

Crashes everytime I use. Only allows 1 registered user per android device, assumes everyone in the family will take their phone to the bathroom to use scale. Idiots. Buying a withings instead.

Initially tried the app on my phone (a Sony Xperia Z3 compact) and was unable to connect. Was thinking of returning the scales but then tried the app with a Samsung tablet and it connected and worked fine. So, make sure u check the compatible device list before purchase.

Took forever to pair, data was not recorded in the app, something is terribly off on Android. I'm returning the scale tomorrow

Nexus 7 connection difficulties. Have lost all the data that used to be on it. Refuses to connect. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no difference. . Luckily my Samsung S6 has retained the information

The fitness tracker's step counter registers two thirds of the number of steps I actually do. In addition, synchronisation with this app takes many minutes (I stopped the latest synchronisation attempt after about 15 minutes). Should have bought a fitbit!

Pairs with the scale, but picking up the data is a lottery. Sometimes it works but mostly it does not and I have to enter data by hand to keep a record. Irritating!

Bluetooth connection only works occasionally. App just hangs at "Please wait." most of the time. The one time I managed to get the app connected it seems quite well lasted out. Will revisit if app updates and addresses Bluetooth issues.

Very useful for keeping track of your values!! I'm currently trying to bulk up and it allows me to monitor my progress. Would love to export data to excel, for instance, to send to my nutritionist and trainer though. Keep going!

Don't particularly like the readings I'm getting!!! But works perfectly and has definitely made me appreciate that even with a normal range weight and bmi other areas can still need a lot of attention.

Fails to connect to the SBF 70 scale most of the times. I tried 5 different android devices. On iPhone it works perfect. So it seems to be a problem with the app and not the scale. If the app connects well I'll rate it 4 stars. So please fix it.

This app is one of the worst I ever meet. First of all it tries to implicitly make me register myself to the cloud. Second of all, if the app is installed, it is downloading mysteries "required data" i will look into that. Maybe I figure out what secret they try to hide. But it is wants also for some reason the location. And hey it can't even send sensual data. The weight only is not enoguh. Very annoying.

Worked great for a week, now the scale and the app won't communicate with each other. Looks like quite a few people are having the same problem.

So i figured out the problem i was having. It may help some people. You have to add yourself as a user on the scales. Having an account isn't enough (Like with fit-bit where it IS enough). go to Settings>my devices, click your scales. In their you can add a user. The setup process seems to skip this step. You can also see measurements made by the scales that haven't been assigned to a user. Once done the scales work perfectly for me on my Note 4.

Keeps telling me to turn off overlay setting when selecting SBF70 scales - but setting is NOT on. Completely useless app.

Although it links up with the pedometer and records data, some functions are not updating (alarm is stuck to go off everyday) does what I want it to though so I'm happy

Just got the scales/ app and it's way to complicated to work. Was able to set myself up as a user but since then no new data is being send to the app.

The app would not sync with my smart scale. It would not find the scale. Their advice: remove the batteries for a bit... Are you kidding me?? I may uninstall it along with their smart scale...

Nothing works reliably. Sometimes it's in kg, others in lbs! Sometimes it connects to my S7, others it doesn't. Sometimes it records all prameters, others just the weight. Waste of money. Source of constant irritation.

Worked well for a week or so. Even then it does not show all the measures. Bone mass and body fat are missing. Now it refuses to connect to the SBM 70 rendering it useless. I only bought it to be able to keep a record. Please fix it and issue an update else I will have wasted a lot of money.

The app paired and connected to my SBF70 scale without problem, but it unable to pick up measurements from the scale. It used to work very well. Please fix the problems. thanks
