WeloMobile dient der Unterstützung des mobilen Zugriffs auf das WeLo-Portal. Innerhalb dieser App stehen diverse Module zur Verfügung, welche es erlauben auf eine schnellere Art und Weise verschiedenste Eingabedaten in das WeLo-Portal zu übertragen.

Das Modul Zeiterfassung ermöglicht eine elektronische Erfassung der Arbeitszeiten aller Mitarbeiter in Echtzeit. Diese Erfassung wird durch das Einscannen des Mitarbeiterausweises fehlerfrei umgesetzt. Die Buchungen werden sofort in den Stundennachweis übertragen und der Benutzer behält die Übersicht aller aktiven Mitarbeiter.

Das Modul Teambegleitung ermöglicht dem Teammanager eine direkte Übertragung des Teambegleitungsprotokolls in das WeLo-Portal. Alle auszufüllenden Fragen werden sequenziell beantwortet und in das Portal übertragen.

WeloMobile used to support mobile access to the WELO portal. Within this app, various modules are available which allow a faster way to transfer various kinds of input data in the Welo portal.

The module time recording allows electronic recording of working time of all employees in real time. This detection is implemented flawlessly by scanning the employee card. The postings are transmitted immediately to the time sheets and the user keeps track of all active employees.

The module team accompaniment allows the team manager a direct transfer of the team monitoring protocol in the Welo portal. All questions are to be completed sequentially answered and transferred into the portal.
