The ease of use is awesome. Even my kids love it. They have learned to read The Elder Futhark Alphabet quickly with this apps help. The colors are cool. I just hope you can maybe fix the Elder Futhark Runes? There's mistakes.

the majority of the runes in the Elder Futhark set are correct, but there's a few with incorrect lettering. as well as a few runes from the younger Futhark set that don't belong. not a big deal if you know your runes. other than that it's an okay app.

Very interesting. App's helpful translating runic script. I had some shirts with runes,and I wasn't sure what they were saying. Superstitious.... He'll yes I like the app. ....

I believe that this is a good app for those that want to get to know the runic alphabet. There is one thing that I wanted to just mention. In the true old futhark there is no 'X'.

You can write in runes, and change text size and color, that's about it. Can't change color of background, can't resize the image, can't translate runes back into text. Just very bare-minimum functionality.

ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THE RUNES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE WRITTEN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO BE CORRECT. THE CURSOR SHOULD BE GOING IN THE OTHER WAY.

You can only write in English with a normal keyboard. The runic keyboards are in annoying alphabetical order. Also, I want to copy the runic text as a text file, not an image. When I copy it to clipboard and paste, it makes several empty box icons.

Decent app but who really knows what its saying. . You type in "love" it may spell something like "butt plug " lol i just wouldnt suggest using this to get tattooed on you.

Just wish it did a little more, like had a keybord that types any of these scripts into direct messages. And some more alphabets would be great.

When using theban alphabet once copies to clipboard changes whole text to a different font. Waste of money grrr.

Amazing app I've always been searching for. I enjoy the functions of it and it flows well, wish there was a way to save messages or more languages or even a custom language option/just wishing for there to be more to it. Keep updates coming plz

Well. I can only access 2 rune alphabets. I downloaded the app for the The alphabet and I cant get to it. Disappointed.

Can someone please tell me how to copy and paste the runes? It will not let me, it just copies as a picture file

Keeping in mind that this app does not teach proper grammar, It certainly is helpful and very quick and simple to make sentences. Very helpful learn tool.

Absolutely fantastic app. Writing out rune formulas is so easy would be great though I'd there was an actual keyboard with elder Futhark made for android

Very Useful App I use it to write the Theban Script but it would be more useful if it could write Hebrew and the Passing Of The River Scripts.

Been writing runes for more than thirty years and this translation app is so helpful with aiding me in teaching others. Great job. ODIN BLESS

Well.. I don't know what the handful of moans on here are about... :-) It gives you a couple of free futharks: then you only have to pay £1.85 in English money (including about 30p VAT to the dear Tory Government) and you get nearly a dozen more alphabets! Good value I should say - what can u get for two quid these days and use again? A biro? As soon as I saw you could pay by mobile pay painlessly I just clicked it... I didn't go to rate though until I had given it a good try. The Theban script was one I paid for- and it LOOKS like the real thing! I shall use it to write incantations as Theban is extremely fiddly. Hopefully I shall be able to print it out. Is it possible to do this directly via Bluetooth? Anyway: I see it exports easily to clipboard, images and email, and it's also easily resized - but I shall have to see how big it prints! Yes: it exports nicely: plus you CAN change both the background and the font colour. So if those were bugs before they've been fixed! Yes: I did install it most of all for the Elder Futhark. Pretty impressed: *most* of it looks like the one on my Rune sets! :-) I know that there are different versions of all these things! (Tip: be SURE you, user, have clicked Elder Futhark: it's the second one down I think..) I was a bit worried when I looked for Thorn.. But it's at the end. Be sure to scroll down. ONE big quibble: When looking for an Elder Futhark S, I expect to see Sowilo; the sunny one - yes, that's right, the "lightning-bolt" rune made so (in)famous by the SS! But that's Sowilo! Please don't give me a funny wibbly E-looking thing! Where did you get that from? The only decent S is on the Anglo-Saxon rune set. How do I export it from there into Elder Futhark? So that's the only thing wrong for me really. I've got a suggestion though. There aren't very many Rune typing apps out there. So what I really want is a Runic keyboard - that I can set as my main keyboard - or maybe a set of runes as emojis! Which I can somehow add to my LG virtual keyboard. They have Zodiac ones already. What I am really looking for is a set that are just *there* for me when I fire up the smartphone so I can type them directly into Twitter, and texts. Otherwise it's export to clipboard and paste all the time. It does work, incl the Theban; but it's fiddly. Otherwise- great app and ODIN bless! :-) (Loki too!!)

I am learning old Norse at the moment it makes it so fun to actually write down the words in the language they're supposed to be in. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!! <3

The elder futhark is Damn near spot on.

I can't speak for the gothic translation but the Elder futhark is spot-on. As someone who works with runes but hasn't been very diligent in memorizing the Elder futhark this app is a godsend. I only wish I could find a way to translate it to my PC.

Even though there isn't much to do, it's a good way to study your own runes. Even if it's silly, it's like speaking in a different code to your best buddies!

couple of the runes in the eldar futhark set are incorrect, youve used a couple runes from the younger rune set, an easy mistake to make other than that awesome app :) please update? thanks!

The free version only gives you two alphabets to play with. Boring. I can look up runic alphabets on Wikipedia and have more fun.

I have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing i wish is that it would alloww for real time texting and typing for when you're trying to help a friend learn runes and the like..

Needed to write in Theban Script, so I downloaded the app (says you can write in Theban). And soon found out that's false, unless you pay $2.22 for all languages. It is not worth the time, space or money. Especially if you're like me and only need one language not all of them.

I have studied Anglo-Saxon for years and the one on here is all wrong it is banzo skyte(bullshit)

But I bought all the alphabets but it's only giving me the ones you get in the free app please fix this I should have all of them unlocked and I don't otherwise I would give 5 stars

It does Everything it purports ! I use it daily . . Should give it 5 stars, but some interpretations are a little vague or vary a bit from other traditional sources.

Its easy to use and makes even the most novice seem experienced.
