About SpekTool
SpekTool is a tool to visualize audio data from the microphone in your device. There exist two modes for visualization, the spectrum mode and the spectrogram mode.

Lots of spectrogram apps don't work right or you need to pay. This one seems to work. You can zoom in on the frequency plot and it will pick out frequency precisely.
