Real Estate-Spandau free

The Real Estate-Spandau app for Android, our tenants have a further opportunity to communicate with the administration. It serves primarily to simplify the communication. So that you always have everything with! You can always find the right contact for your concern.

In the free version, the tenant has the opportunity to define his contact data within the app and can both, call or send an e-mail to the administration, if required. To meet the demands of our tenants justice, the app is written by default in English and German.

In the Pro version additional features are available:
- Report damage to your apartment directly from the app
- Numbers to craftsmen (electricians, plumbing, locksmiths) - also with 24-hour emergency service
