Quandoo - Restaurant Bookings

First time round got my loyalty points made a review got some more points and the app seems great but on booking for a second time at a different restaurant my points was denied and the reservation was cancelled even though I was at the restaurant at the correct time and date. If you could please correct this I would give you 5stars as the app is great but needs improvement

Good app work's well makes booking a reservation easier, better than waiting and trying to get through on the phone.

Love this app and it's really easy to use. I am looking forward to seeing more restaurants added on the app so as to maximise a 100% usage. Great app

Very easy to reserve a table where ever you are. The app is great and very quick. Have recommended the app to others. The biggest bonus for me is the reward facility with making reservations and also leaving reviews.

It seems this app only posts positive reviews. Don't be fooled by 5 or 6 rating. Rather use Google to look at reviews. Google shows the truth.

First restaurant didn't have our booking when we arrived but thankfully they fitted us in. . . With the next booking we checked with the restaurant,and everything was fine. Just find that the number of restaurants in our area is very limited on Quandoo.

Great app. Reliable and easy to use. Hope to see more restrauants and cafe getting on to this platform. Hope to see more Chinese restaurants and dim sum restrauants too.

Easy way to book tables, however the choice of restaurants is not great. Would love more of the local restaurants available

Ok App. But says upto 72 hours for pending posts to get points. Please don't lie, over 2 weeks now and still waiting. If it doesn't get resolved I will uninstall and report to Google about fraudulent comments.

Huge dependency on the owner to confirm you attended. Our first time using this and the waiter didn't take our name when we arrived so guess we won't see those points!

Would be nice to be able to edit a reservation rather than to have to cancel then redo. Just wanted to alter number of people.

This app keeps cancelling our reservations - not with the restaurant thank goodness but it just decides we haven't attended when we have. Will be uninstalling. Waste of time

Very annoying to be pestered for reviews. I am considering uninstalling it. 25 word minimum review is required. What is wrong with "Good food excellent service great value for money."

Can't add summerq promotional code to bookings

It's very annoying to be asked to write a review every time we go to Cote.

Booked a table for 10 people and received a confirmation. Luckily I called the restaurant to double check. They told me that they were fully booked for the whole weekend. What a stupid app. They don't check or book open tables and just presume that the tables are available. Not even worth one star since this has happened to me three times now.

Rubbish! Booked for 4 pax at 730pm on a typically busy Sat evening. Turned up & no sign of my reservation. Pls don't bother.

Booked a table for 8.30pm to then discover my table was booked for 8.30am & they had no availability for me & my partner. Very disappointed, ruined my night!

App is useful and easy to use

Adding a reservation to my calendar this app gives it the wrong time. Booking at 12.30 ( as stated in the app) then appears an hour later in my calendar as 13.30. Is this a bug? First time downloaded. Please fix it

Just downloaded it it but says there's an error. Trying to book a table via its online website and its not working. I think it may be costing restaurants lots of loss revenue...
