Im just starting my second cycle with the app. I got about 4 weeks in the last time and then laziness took over. Still as a result of this app I did more push ups than I have ever done in my life. I suggest adding a function that reminds you when you are supposed to train and possibly tells you if you are a number of days late. This could help shame me into doing the full 6 weeks.
