Protect Kid Parental Control

I have been using for almost four monts this great parental control app and it satisfy my expectations. It`s very reliable and restrics application usage of my kid very well. "Night mode" feature is great, I can already sleep calm, when I know that my kid is not playing games all night.

Great for limiting screen time. The remote monitoring is also very useful. If you want to protect your child that's the app : )

Best designed app out there with the most features but unfortunately it doesn't work for older kids. It has categories, weekly time limits per category, everything you could possibly want. The problem I have that makes it unusable is that I either have to disable the play store and my kids are not allowed to install any new apps OR if play store is enabled, then any new apps that get installed don't count towards any category and they have unlimited time on the new app. My kids want to search for and find their own apps. For younger kids, it might make sense for the parent to be the only one that can install apps but for older kids this is a pain for both the parent and the child. What really needs to happen is that if play store is enabled then the parent should be able to select which category all new apps default to. If it was set up this way then I could automatically make all new apps go into the game category with the default time limits I already set. So basically, the app is ok for younger kids where the parent wants to be the one installing the apps but doesn't work for older kids who want to install their own apps.

I thought it was ok. But I just caught my daughter freely accessing websites that were NOT allowed. She admitted that she knew how to avoid your app's protection but she didn't reveal. I was shocked and checked again everything to see if I had missed something but in fact I didn't. I continued to surf some websites for about 5 min and then logged out. Right after, I tried logging in them again, to my surprise, it was locked as if everything was perfect as ever. I checked the report and saw that the time of internet brower was only 4 sec instead of much more time. I paid for your app but it didn't work as I wish. Now I just want to lock every brower to internet, even your safe brower and just let my daughter read news through some specific apps. I hope this way can control safer How can I do that (locking all browers to internet)? Thank you.

Seem like it was working somewhat okay minus the fact that there were server issues where it wasn't allowing me to log into the account for a little bit. But then after a while I realized that the app didn't seem like it was really tracking much if anything at all and found that my son figured out a way to boot the phone into safe mode which completely wood around the application and allowed him access to all the applications that the app itself was meant to block. So watch out because if your kids decide that they are going to boot their phone in Safe Mode while having this app on their phone they can get around all of the blocks and tracking capabilities. I have since downgraded my son to a flip phone since this application does not work as it should.

I'm having problems with most of the app, it doesn't track anyone only once they get home it might tell me last located.. Keeps searching at bottom but doesn't find anything been trying for days... It really does not update data of what kids have used that day.. I was under the impression that I could automatically restrict or give access to internet and game from my mobile being the parent and them being the child. I have no control from my phone so what's the use of having the app on my phone as a parent...?? I have installed it on 4 x samsung galaxy tablet A and 1x samsung galaxy j1 phone all connected to my account. One of the tablet A, if you try click on something that's locked and turn tablet on its side it's says (unfortunately Protect kids app has stopped working) then it goes to normal mode and nothing is locked all free to access... This is on the trial run and it's giving me faults.. (suppose after trial is over we supposed to pay for this feature) if I can't get the trial running correct don't know If I would pay for the app... Also being installed on 5 children devices and my mobile.. What's that going to cost? Is it per each unit or one off payment and it's done... Be happy with some answers. Thanks.

Good addition to my parenting arsenal. Being able to apply time limits to entire groups of apps makes things a lot easier. Recommended.

I LOVE THIS APP! Kids are SO much safer having a phone with it! I love that I can set different times for when they are allowed to use the apps. During school they only have contacts. After school they can have their games but on a time limit! Love it! The only thing this app is missing is a restriction on who they are allowed to contact and who can contact them and a moniter on it. My kids are younger, so I don't know how this applies to teenagers but with cyber bullying and sexting issues...I would definitely feel better knowing who and what contact my kids have!

Good parental control app. At first I was hesitating after reading some of the reviews but it is worth it. It took some time to set up the time limits on my daughters tablets and connect to the parent app on my phone but then everything worked smoothly. Recommended.

I liked it to start. After downloading it and getting it set up everything was working fine. When i woke up the next day my kids said it wasn't working. I went to the parent section and typed in my password. Was told it was invalid. I ended up clicking the forgot password. While waiting for the email i checked my phone. The tablet that was connected with my phone was not one of my children's. I logged out of my phones account and tried to sign back in. Was told my account was invalid. Now my children can't use their tablets and I'm stuck waiting on an email because within 24 hours my account got deleted but is still 'active' on their tablets.

Using this parental control app for more than six months and it is absolutely the best. Helps a lot in reducing the screen time of my kids and the safe browser is also very useful. And now that I can install the app on my phone and monitor from there - it is just awesome. Thank you guys! Your app is a life saver.

The application is powerful and flexible, but I am disappointed because, after a while, there are applications which are not controlled anymore, as Skype for instance. (Please notice that I am a parent, not a kid, despite the fact that I give only 1 star to the application)

Great app. Love how I can specify the times when my kids are allowed to use the phone. They are not amused ;)

Best parental control app. Once you learn how to combine and apply the time limits it does a great job. Location tracking works much better now.

This is probably the best child protection app out there and believe me, I've tried most of them. You can fine-tune it to your heart's desire. It's actually so advanced, you can protect yourself from harmful browsing and spending habits. I know I do. Trust me, when I say, that this is one brilliant app and is highly underrated! Big up for the developers! I can't wait for what more they have in store. My kids won't be happy but I sure am!
