This is good on Asus Nexus 7" Tablet. So far only in German language, but it is so simple that doesn't matter. It overcomes the text colour problem on "Notification Bar Memos" app, seems simpler to use and looks better. Needs to be developed so that a new notification can be written without having to close and then re-open the app.
