Not working as well as the iOS version. With iOS, took me 5 seconds to connect Myo and the Sphero bb-8. Still cannot complete this operation with android version. Not sure why the two are so drastically different.

The app works very well, but only if you know what you're doing. The instructions state that you use roll and yaw for direction. However, it doesn't state HOW to use roll and yaw in real time to control the ball. How do you use roll for direction vs. yaw for direction? How do you hold your arm so that the ball doesn't start moving the second you unlock Myo? Other than that, it's fun. Low latency. Feels like telekinesis. I highly recommend downloading this app.

I've been waiting for this app for a while, and it seems to work fairly well. It's fun to be able to drive the ball around without using a proper control pad. There are a few issues, though. First, the controls aren't immediately obvious and take some trial and error to learn. To avoid others having trouble, raise your arm up to slow the ball, drop your arm to accelerate. Move your arm to the right OR rotate your fist clockwise to turn right, move to the left OR rotate counterclockwise to go left. The steering controls are actually a second issue; if you accidentally rotate AND move your arm at the same time (or the Myo thinks you have) the ball tends to get a bit dizzy and pick a random direction. One other thing I'd like to see improved would be that it's not possible to "aim" the ball without moving it. The basic Sphero app has a control you can use to re-orient the ball so that moving the ball "forward" means forward relative to the driver. Adding an "aiming" gesture here would be very helpful. Overall, though, quite fun and easy enough to control once you get the hang of it.

The control scheme wasn't obvious at first, but once you get the ball moving this is a very cool application!
