Bei den für arbeitende Menschen völlig indiskutablen Öffnungszeiten der Post/DHL werde ich nach erstmaligem Ausprobieren von Hermes ab sofort nur noch hiermit versenden. Das Gesamtpaket aus App mit Online Paketschein und dem PaketShop gleich um die Ecke mit den tollen Öffnungszeiten ist perfekt, Tracking funktioniert einwandfrei und alles ist auch noch günstiger. Tschüss DHL!

Better to add English version as well. It would be also good to have a possibility to choose WunschOrt/PaketShop etc. after the order is done but not already sent. For when you order smth online you do not even know that they will send you order with Hermes...and then it's impossible to change anything.

They are not professional at all. It is written that they stopped by but they didn't come. We were at home all day. They give a 4 hours time interval but they don't follow that. They just waste your time. 2 days in a row they said they will come but they didn't. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Grundsätzlich eine super App, ein Feature fehlt mir jedoch: Push-Benachrichtigungen für ALLE Sendungen. Laut App-Info geht dies bei Wunschzustellungen (noch nicht ausprobiert), fände ich aber auch für "normale" Sendungen echt klasse. Ansonsten wie gesagt super, sehr übersichtlich, schlichtes ordentliches Design und (heute leider nicht selbstverständlich) nicht mit unnützen "Features" zugemüllt.

Wunschzustellung oder umleiten von Sendungen selbst nach Registrierung nicht möglich. Das Menü der Wunsch Zustellung lädt keinerlei Inhalte, DPD, GLS und selbst DHL bekommen das um einiges besser hin.

This app is a good feature to the service I have experienced. Sometimes the Hermes service is not perfect, but what do you expect if you blow DHL the money in the ass, at least there are some competitor. Otherwise there would be a monopol and no one would br happy. And guys! Rate the app not the service...

Because of this stupid App and the terrible service of Hermes i had to cancel two appointments and it's not the first time! Yesterday my delivery date was 31/3/2017 and because of it i had to stay home waiting. Just minutes ago i checked out the app again and guess what? It simply changed!!! (so i wasted my time and canceled my appointments for nothing) And it's not the first time it happens to me with Hermes... HAVE FUN JUST WITH HERMES! Update 1.04.2017: i just talked to Hermes CS and they told me I'm going to receive my parcel next Monday! I spent the second day at home waiting while i had to get out with my children. HERMES is the worst company to deal with. HERMES SHAME ON YOU!

I would have liked to see the time of arrival or at least an estimate. The guy that delivered was kinda unfriendly too..but the app is otherwise easy to use and brings up the excitement of the item!

Yesterday 1/4/2017 i was suppose to receive a package from 12 to 4 so i stayed home and waited but no one came , and today the delivery date has changed in the app to tomorrow 3/4/2017 from 11 to 3 , how is this possible !! This is not good service what so ever .
