MagicPilot to go

With the MagicPilot to go app MKN customers are always accompanied by their combi steamers from now on.

The app has been available in the Google Play Store since June 2015 and allows chefs to monitor their combi steamers by smartphone or smartwatch even when they aren’t anywhere near to the appliance. MagicPilot to go informs the user about the appliance status and gives an acoustic or vibration signal when action needs to be taken at the combi steamer, e.g. when the pre-set core temperature is reached. The remaining cooking time is also shown. So, the chef doesn’t need to be in the kitchen and can still always keep his eye on the combi steamer. This provides some welcome breathing space in the busy daily routine in professional kitchens.
