I really enjoy Meinfernbus. They're doing a right thing and the prices are quite fair. The app is also very good. But I don't understand two things: 1). Why not all the buses are disabled friendly? That's so strange, the buses were produced a couple of years ago, not 30 years ago 2). Why not all the buses are doubledeckers? They are much more comfortable and fit more people. But still you're doing a right thing. I hope Deutsche Bahn will go bankrupt with their prices and low quality service if they're so stupid to change their policy

Bei der Buchung wird die Einstellung zur Speicherung der Kreditkartendaten immer wieder automtisch auf "Ein" geschaltet. Solch eine Datenschutzverletzung ist völlig unhaltbar.

Mein Fernbus/Flixbus is a very reliable and comfortable way to travel around central European countries. The buses are always clean, the staff friendly and the prices low. Especially if you want to travel around around Germany, Switzerland and The Netherlands this service is a great alternative to, often expensive, train travel. The app is also very straight forward and easy to use.

1) The app works good enough. Very simple to use. It would be way better to include the SEPA direct debt payment method. 2) Recently I travel weekly between Freiburg to Stuttgart Vaihingen, due to the road construction caused traffic jam, the potential delay could raise up to 40 minutes. It would be great to include the potential delay warning info on the website or the app, not just informed by driver at the end of scheduled time, thus customer could plan the trip accordingly in advance.

Ist ja alles schön und gut aber beim umbuchen wurde mir der Gutscheincode kurzzeitig angezeigt und dann, als ich den kopieren wollte stürzte die app ab und der code ist verloren. Email gabs dazu nicht, Kundenservice telefon antwortet nicht. Danke für verlorenes Geld!
