Mediation

Mediation ist eine Methode, mit der Konflikte & Streitigkeiten zwischen Personen oder Parteien aufgelöst werden können. Dafür vermittelt ein Mediator zwischen den Parteien und erarbeitet schrittweise eine Lösung mit den Beteiligten.

Diese kostenlose Mediations-Applikation für Android-Smartphones und -Tablets bis maximal 7 Zoll erklärt ausführlich, was eine Mediation ist, wie sie durchgeführt wird, welche Alternativen es gibt und gibt zudem viele Ratschläge, an wen Sie sich wenden können, wenn Sie selbst (in Ihrem Betrieb bspw.) eine Mediation benötigen.
Außerdem gibt es ein Quiz, mit dem Sie Ihre Kenntnisse über das Mediationsverfahren überprüfen können.
Weitere Features wie eine vollständige Unterstützung für 10 Zoll-Tablets sowie einem weiteren Spielmodus, in dem man ein virtuelles Gegenüber provozieren muss, sind in Planung.

AN ALLE TABLETBESITZER: Trotz einer Einschränkung von mir hinsichtlich 10 Zoll-Tablets kann es bei vereinzelten 10-Zoll-Tablets vorkommen, dass diese die Applikation trotzdem herunterladen können. Bisher ist die App nicht für Tablets über 7 Zoll vorgesehen, es kann daher zu Formatierungsfehlern in den Texten oder anderen Anzeigeelementen kommen!

Diese Applikation war eine Universitätsabgabe an der HTW Berlin und wird nunmehr privat von mir weiterentwickelt. For it conveys a mediator between the parties and shall progressively a solution with the parties.

This free Mediation application for Android smartphones and tablets up to 7 inches fully explained what is a mediation, as it is performed, what are the alternatives and are also plenty of advice on who to contact if you (even in your company, for example) require mediation.
There is also a quiz where you can test your knowledge about the mediation process.
Other features such as full support for 10-inch tablets and another game mode where you have to provoke a virtual counterpart, are being planned.

TABLET TO ALL OWNERS: Despite a limitation of mine regarding 10-inch tablet, it can happen in isolated 10-inch tablet that they can download the application anyway. So far, the app is not designed for tablets over 7 inches, can therefore lead to formatting errors in the text or other display elements!
