Scope Friend

Vor dem Alignement des Teleskops müssen zunächst Uhrzeit und Position genau eingestellt werden.

Scope Friend nutzt die GPS-Funktion und Bluetooth um sowohl die genaue Zeit, als auch die Position zum Teleskop Handcontroller zu übertragen und zeigt wie groß die Abweichungen sind.

Voraussetzung:
- aktuell nur Skywatcher Synscan und Celestron NexStar Teleskope (Scope Friend 1.*)
- Bluetoothnachrüstung für Ihr Teleskop unter http://astro.marxram.de
- Android Gerät mit Bluetooth (BT-SPP) Funktionalität
- Aktivierung des Positionsdienstes auf Ihrem Gerät

Bevor es los gehen kann:
A) Teleskop (mit Bluetooth Funktion) einschalten.
B) Ggf. (Alt-Az Modus auswählen - bei Skywatcher AZ-EQ Montierungen)
C) Auf dem Android Gerät Bluetooth und Positionsdienst aktivieren
D) Das Bluetooth Teleskop idealer Weise schon vorher „koppeln“

Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:
1) Scope Friend starten
2) Bluetooth Knopf oben rechts drücken und das passende Geräte aussuchen
3) -> Zeit und Position des Teleskops kontinuierlich abgefragt und angezeigt. Sie haben nun die Möglichkeit die Zeit abzugleichen. „Sende Zeit“ - Knopf
4) Klicken Sie oben rechts auf den Positionsknopf oben rechts
5) -> Nach kurzer Zeit sollte die Position des Geräts und die Abweichung zu den Positionsdaten des Teleskops angezeigt werden.
6) Mit „Position Senden“ können Sie die Koordinaten Ihres Standorts zum Teleskop übertragen
7) hat alles geklappt zeigt Scope Friend, dass das Synchronisieren funktioniert hat
-> Jetzt können Sie wie gewohnt mit dem Alignment weitermachen. Ort und Zeit werden im Handcontroller zwar wie früher angezeigt, können einfach mit OK bestätigt werden.

## Hinweis für SynScan V3.35 ##
Sie sollten im Controller erst (irgend)eine Zeit und Datum eingeben. Erst, wenn der Controller fragt "Begin Alignment? 1) Yes 2) No" sollten Sie die Daten senden. Vorher werden sie vom Controller verworfen. Before Alignment of the telescope must first be accurately set the time and position.

Scope Friend uses the GPS function and Bluetooth to both the exact time and the position of the telescope hand controller to transmit and shows how large the differences are.

Requirement:
- Currently only Skywatcher and Celestron NexStar telescopes Synscan (Scope Friend 1. *)
- Bluetooth retrofit for your telescope under http://astro.marxram.de
- Android device with Bluetooth (BT SPP) functionality

Before it can go off:
A) telescope (with Bluetooth function) switch.
B) If necessary, (Alt-Az mode select - at Skywatcher AZ-EQ Mounts)
C) turn on the Android device Bluetooth and location services
D) The Bluetooth telescope ideally earlier "couple"

Step by step guide:
1) Scope Friend Start
2) Bluetooth button Press the top right and choose the appropriate device
3) -> time and position of the telescope continuously queried and displayed. You now have the option to synchronize the time. "Airtime" - Button
4) Click in the upper right position button above right
5) -> After a short time the position of the device and the deviation to the position data of the telescope should appear.
6) "Position Send" you can transmit the coordinates of your location to the telescope
7) all went well shows Scope Friend that syncing worked
-> Now you can normally continue with the alignment. Place and time are displayed in the hand controller as before, can easily be confirmed with OK.

## Note for SynScan V3.35 ##
You should enter a date and time in the controller only (some). Only when the controller asks "Begin Alignment? 1) Yes 2) No" should send the data. Before they are discarded by the bus.
