This app allows you to change the file creation time of your photos to the time specified in the exif tags. (May require root on some devices)
Or you can set the exif creation time to the files last modification timestamp. (No root required)

The app supports three different methods to change the date because the native function to change the date is on some devices different or is not implemented.
