terrible app, downloaded to phone and now refuses to let me download to tablet, no options to get around this with no tech support. either a Harvard graduate or a 10 year old designed this. makes you want to fly with qantas

Great selection of shows and movies but video player kept cutting out and resetting my show back to the begining. Tried a different episode and same thing happened, got 5 minutes in and reset.

Absolute rubbish. No indication whatsoever on loading to a PC and although it states loaded on Android phone.... well seems as if AI has learnt to lie

Keeps crashing phone. When it does work won't play audio because it thinks headphones aren't plugged in when they are.

Definitely worth a download. Helps the flight go a bit faster! Choice could be improved... but none the less, very happy with this app

Works well with my Samsung s6, download app just before plane doors close ... watched 2 movie's, before I knew it was landing .. Great app.. thanks VA182

Wont play audio because it i have no headphones physically plugged in (using Bluetooth headphones). What a joke.

It has a wide range of shows and movies. It only has the latest news. It would be better if it expanded the range of genres.

Wouldn't play any video content at all. The app only lets me listen to audio or read on it. It used to work on this phone last year, but doesn't now

It was amazing it was all in sync and I will keep the app for future plane flights

works brilliantly on my phone but when trying to install on my laptop it keeps saying it is installed and fails to identify my laptop as device I want it to play on. Even after uninstalling on phone it just keeps installing on phone instead of laptop.

I wasn't expecting it to work well, but I got positively surprised!

Not as good as the qantas version; reasonable selection available. Works well in my S6.

The app itself works fine but there was a rubbish selection of shows to watch with nothing worth watching available

Terrible selection of everything. Long flight, no entertainment.

After my recent Android update. Your app tells me that I need to plug in a headset - when it already is plugged in and I'm able to listen to music. Fix it.

This was a terrible experience. Navigation is slow and clunky. Shows kept buffering every few minutes while trying to watch anything. If this is VA's solution to inflight entertainment then I'd recommend avoiding their flights or come prepared for no entertainment (and pay for your flights accordingly)

This app works great on my mobile phone and i use it on all flights i catch. However it does no work on my Samsung Tab A device. The app always closes movies and tv shows after a only a few mins of viewing. Please fix this!!!

Why does a media app need access to my phone call history. Blatant data mining. Extremely nefarious behaviour from a reputable company.

Audio and video is out of sync by about a second which is very distracting. Video quality is poor. Navigation is awkward

Still has excessive permissions. Beware. Why does a media streaming app need access to contacts, messages, installed apps and browsing history? Really.

Worked well. Some very slight audio stuttering. But not enough to have a detrimental effect.

For some reason the app consumed 900MB of data in eight hours, was not even in a plane or at an airport. Worked alright when inflight but losing so much data is scary.

Excessive permissions required to use this app. Free entertainment at the cost of handing over my browsing history and contacts. No thanks.

Saw a poster about this app at the Virgin gate while I was waiting for my flight at Brisbane airport. Decided to install it on my Samsung tablet. Actually the Virgin aircraft I boarded did not have any LCD entertainment screen, so I decided to try this app and to my surprise, I was able to watch 2 very good movies which went very smoothly. It was a delight to be able to watch any movies on Wireless in-flight entertainment on my Samsung Full HD Tablet. It was great to be able to use my Bluetooth Headset also.

Didn't woek at all. Spent my entire flight getting annoyed with a non worling app, although i spent enough money on the flights!!

Horrible App to use It doesn't load properly half of the time and then when it does it freezes and the sound and picture are out of sync.

Can never connect. Even though I have the right app. Very frustrating.

It seems like they just havent bothered. Everytime theres an announcement and my screen times out i have to start again. You cant pause, go to another screen and come back to where you left. Its the bare bones eh. Better than airasia tho!
