About Gratitude
This app is part of a gratitude training program that aims to promote gratitude and positive affect. The app will be offered for free as part of a scientific study at the VU University Amsterdam. Study participants will receive a personal client ID in order to activate the app.

Do you worry, ruminate or focus on the negative? Student’s life is accompanied with different stressors. Sometimes our attention is not balanced, things looks especially difficult. In the everyday routine, the positive is sometimes slipping away or is being overlooked. Here, the GET.ON Gratitude Training app can help.
With this gratitude training program, everyday positive experiences are getting a new light. They are perceived better and assist to keep you balanced. GET.ON Gratitude Training is a good way to promote gratitude and positive affect.
GET.ON Gratitude Training offers:
- Record and picture positive experiences
- Photo gallery of your positive experiences
- Instructions for a daily meditation
- Reminders and notifications for recording positive experiences
- Everyday tracking of your well-being, negative thinking and quality of sleep
- Provide graphs of your personal progress
