CoffeeBox

CoffeeBox is an Android app for small cafes, new stands and everybody who want to journalize sales and who hasn't an own cash box system. CoffeeBox books all sales in an internal database and creates detailed list of the day’s takings.

You define easily product categories and articles with the app. All sales can be tagged as bonus (if you want to give it for free), for every booking you can set table numbers and you can set it as “In house” or “Takeaway”.

All day’s takings are listed in several sorting orders for clarity. Moreover you can account each sale afterwards for separate payment. This helps if more persons want to share the bill.

New in version 1.6.0: Personalizing of purchases with NFC tags! Regular customers can charge their purchases and pay later or set a credit and pay from that credit. Each buy with a NFC tag is booked in an internal account of the app. You can use every NFC tag, used ones or access cards etc. Your device must have a NFC reader (which is already for new phones).

CoffeeBox runs on all Android devices from 4.0. We recommended to use it for tablets.
