IPv4 widget

Widget of size 1x1 shows the actual IPv4-address.
Only the IPv4-address is visible on the display. The colors are configurable.

- colors of text and background are configurable
- the colors for private and public addresses are separate configurable
- no needless ballast: the widget displays onla the IPv4-address - nothing else
- battery saving: actualizing only if the network state changes

This will install a widget an an app for configuration.
