Advent Calendar with Music

The 'Advent Calendar with Music' plays the beginning of a German Christmas song, when tipped on one of the 24 calendar's doors. By tipping on the upcoming image, the song can be replayed as often as wanted. Therefore, the beginnings of 24 different Christmas songs can be played. The calendar works in portrait- and landscape format.
The programming and sound creation was done by Juergen Grund, using the freeware software of 'SlidePiano', Version 5, by Thomas Erne and 'Audacity', Version 1.2.6. The sound is stored in mp3 format.
The design of the calendar (background image) was created by Melitta Pinkau.
The icon as well as the images behind the doors were taken from 'The Big Box ofArt', Version 3.5, by Hemera Technologies Inc.
According to GEMA, the played Christmas songs are licence-free.
