This app gives you an easy and efficient way to record your mood in everyday life. With the help of this app, you can follow and discuss progress made with therapy, with your doctor/psychotherapist.
However, the diary can also help you to plan activities and your day.

One of the most important cognitive behavioral techniques is introspection, the observation of activities, thoughts and moods. It allows you and your therapist to gain a more objective overview of your ailments and to check possible causes of or changes to symptoms during the course of the day or week. You can, at the start of psychotherapy, develop an initial picture of the problems and think of starting points for behavioral changes together.

✔ Ideal for people with worries, panic or depression
✔ Never forget an entry with individual reminders
✔ Built-in calendar view and manage your entries
✔ Analysis of the entries with the interactive diagram
✔ Export entries for further processing in e.g. excel
✔ Password protection
✔ Free without adverts!

Few bugs atm, but it is only beta. Will Definitely be 5 star app soon, so I'll start in faith with 5 stars :) Other apps have similar features, but it's a pain to get to them. This takes you directly to the input part, and I love how it gives you a score average based on how you feel etc. It comes down to... it's as good as the data you enter. Very useful for me, and I will personally be using to track how many hours I'm sleeping a day. The cateorgries are customisable, so you can change them to best suit.

This is the best mood tracking app I have found thus far - and I have literally tested them all. My main complaint is the same as several others - the rating scale. If I have, for example, anxiety or depression as a parameter, then it makes no sense for 5 to be "normal". I would like to be able to rate from 0 (no anxiety, no depression) through to 5 (mid-level depression, anxiety) and on to 10 (maximum level). If 5 is "normal" then it doesn't make a lot of sense. I want 5 to be mid-level, NOT baseline.

This is probably the best mood app if you're doing a serious in depth analyze of your mood. One thing I'd like to see is the option to set more times a day for registering moods.

I have ADHD, PTSD, and Anxiety so this app is amazing. I forget to take notes of how I'm feeling and what triggered me, what was going through my mind, etc. This reminds me and the icon doesn't go away until I submit my report. It's exactly what I needed so that my therapist can know what is happening in my head. Thanks for making this, I look forward to seeing its final form.

doctor wanted me to keep track of my moods, but I often have to re-enter times and sometimes days. simple and easy to use... nice instructions.

I tried at least 3 other apps before this one and finally found what I needed to help understand my mood cycles. Simple, but not too simple. PROS: 10 scales (i feel 5 scales are too simplified) + alerts to enter mood without having to launch the full app + enter multiple moods over a single day + customize what you track (eg. mood, anxiety, appetite, activity, sleep, etc, etc) + optionally record menstration. THANK YOU DEV!

This app is cool! I had hoped it would have functionality for keeping track of triggers of mood changes and/or tracking medication (a la Optimism), but the current functions are quite useful. Thank you for making this!

Very helpful and well designed app! Categories are customisable and entering "moods" is quick and easy. The calendar gives easy access to previous days. Perfect for people that struggle with even the easiest daily tasks. Thank you!

believe me. ive tried a bunch. its simple and prompts you to do quick on the spot analysis of parts of ur day so that you dont have to remembet wtiting down how you feel and gives multiple viewing options to see ur personal data. its absolutely amazing. Thank you!

Hands down, THE BEST of all the mood trackers. Can add as many custom categories as you want, multiple entries per day, custom reminders, input info from reminder notification without opening full app, keeps info private. Nuff said.

L70%

The app allows user to directly monitor custom parameters they want to track. It's quiet amazing and it's void of suggestive bullshit

R70%
by R####:

One of the only of its kind that allows multiple entries a day, for those times your day takes a turn. It also allows you to customize categories, so you could also track self-esteem or appetite or whatever you need for your mental health.

This is exactly what I've been looking for for a long time. So glad you created it. UI is beautiful and customizability of metrics is perfect. Bit confused about the morning/midday/evening tabs on the entry page but only having midday/evening/night reminders.. maybe it will make sense in a day once I've used it for a full cycle. Thanks again, you've made my life a lot better!

So fare this is just what im looking for. Very simple to use. No big lists or unnecessary things. Would like to have a list of moods to pic from but right now its very good

There are a lot of factors that play into our overall mood. Other apps track mood in general where as this app tracks the fine details that make up our mood. This app is simple to use and runs flawlessly. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a mood tracker.

by R####:

Thank you for letting us define our own categories! Other apps only track mood but not other factors, don't have good quantifiable tracking, lack export functionality, can't edit past entries, etc. This does it all plus has easy reminder notifications. Just wish it were possible to track more categories but still a great app.

No reverse-score option. Also, the scales have pre-set ratings automatically anchored at the midway point. This changes the nature of the data - it shows how the user feels compared to "normal" (usual for ratings of overall functioning), rather than whether they're experiencing an emotion at all (usual practice for depression). That's valid for some emotions, but ideally the user could edit that for user-defined scales, or the scales would default to no rating instead of defaulting to a rating of 5.

This is the best around. It takes very complex emotions and easily puts those on a graph. So simple to read, it tells you everything so you can show your therapist exactly where your head is at. Or just use it to tract your schedule and activities. I have tried them all and this one is the winner.

I've tried many mood trackers and this one, while unfinished, is my favourite. So detailed, good interface, customisable and CSV export. It still needs to be polished though. There are 4 periods but you can only edit 3 (you can't edit night). And sometimes windows stack and it's confusing when you tap the back arrow. I see a bright future for this app. Thank you.

I like how this works to enter mood. I like how it reminds you to document but there are times in the day that need talking about and some times that is more often then three times. There should be a chance to document out side of the three reminders.

There are lots of mood tracking apps out there, but I haven't found any that work exactly how I want to track my data. FINALLY there's an app that's customizable enough that I can use it how I like to, presents my data clearly, and doesn't have all that fluffy self-affirmation stuff.

I love that you can make your own fields to track and offers reminders. Great tool, and runs smoothly.

This is almost the perfect mood and symptom tracker. I just wish the spectrum used was not green to red...it means most of my calendar has various unappealing shades of brown. It could be any single color and go from light to dark instead, perhaps?
