Increase your security and battery life by having this on your phone. Open source and no ads! On some devices, you have to turn on the "active location scanning" if you want to use the geofence option to turn on your wifi. On my device, I just had to have it on even though I could pick a very high interval check time, like 1440 minutes (1 day). The app doesn't even show up in battery life stats so no effect on my battery. Thanks to the talented developer! Don't forget to donate to help continue development.

One problem makes this unusable for me. If I am in a place with Wi-Fi, and I do not want to use it so I manually turn WiFi off, then if the screen goes off and I turn it back on, this app turns my wifi back on. It needs to have an override so if you turn the WiFi off manually, it will not turn back on until you turn it on manually.

Help. Used the app, couldn't get location service to work and reset settings then uninstalled.... Now my WiFi won't turn off and it can't connect to networks. Google Nexus 6. The in-app automatic location services, the settings to automatically have Wifi turn on determined by your location? Wifi worked perfectly fine until your app was installed and the setting was turned on. Immediately after that the phone disconnected from home network, could see it was there but was unable to "connect" Thanks for the useless response and deflection of a legitimate question. You're sure a big help!

A suggestion. After it turns off the WiFi when not connected for mentioned time, it should show a notification saying "your WiFi has turned off due to being not connected". I forget that WiFi Automatic has turned off my WiFi and I assume that I am connected. Regards

Guys I'll give you 5* if you create simple widget to enable/disable app and/or option to stay connected to specified wifi until disconnected by leaving the range or so... ☺️ otherwise I love the app!

Good app. But why is "turn wifi off when..." "screen is off" limited to max. 60 minutes? I need WiFi to stay on for 180-240 minutes after screen automatically switches off. With the 60 minute limit removed, I would rate it 5 stars.

Very nice app. Works great turns WiFi off when display is off, turns back on very fast, saves battery. Highly recommended.

Great app but When 'entering these locations' seting is active the location relays on WiFi to start scanning, therefore this setting is useless unless there is a workaround?

Good app, I use feature of activating wifi on each 5 minutes. I am waiting for feature of deactivating wifi on each 3 minutes.

Works well! Request: please add an option to toggle mobile data off when WiFi connects, and turn it back on when WiFi is disabled.

Good simple app ! If we analyze users complaints, we find that Wifi on/off should be made advanced similar to programming logic with priority order for different options, AND/OR logic for combinations of multiple options, then it would become perfect advanced app. E.g. Wifi off at night, on in morning daily, off during specified office hours due to restrictions i.e. multiple on/off time setting. Wifi on at home during weekends.

Can you please add capital letters, I'll give you 5 starts. Edit: sorry, I just don't like it that your sentences don't start with a capital letter, because it would look nicer. (look at the settings on your phone, every option starts with a capital letter, just for style). But it's not very important.

This app makes exactly what I was looking for: it's able to turn on Wi-Fi when I reach home and power it off when I leave... I have to point out two things: first, you should add a "first-run guide" because mechanism, mixed with options, is not noob-proof. Second, I'd like to force not off the WiFi if I am at home, even if I have some options that turn it off, otherwise it will never be turned on again ... Unfortunately I noticed a bug: sometimes app doesn't turn on Wi-Fi when I come back home. Please fix it! Add also the ability to input the location address manually, without the map, but using the keyboard to write the address.

I some times need to turn off wifi if I am just leaving my house where the signal drops off. This app ensures that wifi gets turned back on when I use the device again or when X time passes. A great help!

It trys to turn off the wifi on and off but every time I have to hit allow. I've looked into the permissions and I can't have it automatically accept every time. Not that automatic if I have to hit a button each time.

At my office if I have WiFi enabled it has me in my building, if not enabled it had be about 100 meters away. By using this to turn it on and off, along with the caffeine app to keep the screen on, I "walk" about 5 km a day just sitting! Set it to turn wifi on every five minutes, and to turn it off if not connected to a network every five minutes and it'll just cycle back and forth.

Great application but as a suggestion I would recommend that the scanning of Wifi happens between the on time and off time. As per my setting, my phone keeps connecting to Wifi even during the night after it should have turned off.

Inadvertent usage of expensive 4G cell Data, (when WiFi is available) is now History. And the advanced settings is even more thoughtful. Works great.

Keeps disconnecting Wi-Fi when using location... Correct, it turns it off when I'm still connected / in range.

After all this time and still causing issues on android 5! Brakes wifi and stops working every morning I wake up. Really?

So far this works better than any of the other managers. My previous go-to wifi manager doesn't turn off wifi, woofi, on my Sammy note 7. This does and fast. Will update soon. Just bought pro for more saved locations.
