This is not a journey planner at all wonder, you will have you journey plan only to buy their ticket and make you wait for over 3hours, you ask them why they will tell you its their change over time, what will happen if you load at the terminal take the people to your bus stop (majidun awori)for change over where the person to take over will be at that way less time will be used at the bus stop

The app is OK, but to make it more effective it's should be like Uber where the GPS will indicate the location of busses, and also to know the numbers of people on queue via ur electronic tickets or the BRT cards.
