Mit inSign leisten sie VVG-konforme und rechtswirksame elektronische Unterschriften für PDF-Dokumente.

Die App dient zur handschriftlichen elektronischen Unterzeichnung eines PDF-Dokuments.

Wichtiger Hinweis: inSign ist nicht eigenständig lauffähig. Es benötigt zusätzlich einen kostenlosen Zugang zu einem Finanzdienstleister.
Bitte fragen Sie bei Ihren angebundenen Gesellschaften nach, ob sie inSign unterstützen.

Informationen zu den benutzten Rechten:
Bilder und Videos aufnehmen: Für manche Gesellschaften ist es möglich, Dokumente zu fotografieren und den Unterlagen beizufügen.
Ungefährer Standort, genauer Standort: Der Ort der Unterschrift wird in die Unterschriftsdaten eingebettet, sofern die Standortermittlung aktiviert ist.
Zugriff auf alle Netzwerke: Für die Synchronisierung mit dem Server werden Netzwerk-Sockets verwendet.
Netzwerkverbindungen abrufen: Wird benötigt, um festzustellen, ob aktuell eine Internetverbindung besteht oder sich das Gerät z.B. gerade in einem Funkloch befindet.
Telefonstatus und Identität abrufen: Die Geräte-ID wird in die Unterschriftsdaten eingebettet, Telefonnummern werden nicht erfasst.
Inhalt Ihres USB Speichers ändern oder löschen bzw. Inhalt Ihrer SD-Karte ändern oder löschen: Dient zum Speichern Ihrer Verbindung, damit Sie sich nicht jedes Mal neu authentifizieren müssen. With insign they make SG & A compliant and legally binding electronic signatures for PDF documents.

The app is used for handwritten electronic signature of a PDF document.

Important note: insign is not capable of running independently. It also requires free access to a financial services company.
Please check with your connected companies, whether they support insign.

Information about the use rights:
Take pictures and videos: it is possible for some companies to photograph documents and attached to the documentation.
Approximate location, fine Location: The location of the signature is embedded in the signature data if the location detection is enabled.
Access to all networks: network sockets are used for the synchronization with the server.
Retrieve network connections: Required to determine if currently connected to the Internet or the device as is currently in a dead spot.
Phone state and identity retrieve: The device ID is embedded in the signature data, phone numbers are not listed.
Change contents of your USB memory, or delete or change contents of your SD card or delete: Allows you to save your connection, so you do not need to re-authenticate every time.
