Ingram Micro

This app is shockingly bad. Shows shipped orders but not in-progress orders. Looks dated and does very little.

Unable to store country code, doesn't refresh orders, and only gives data on first order...

Connects once every blue moon. Random crashes and very slow app compared to the other MWDs.

It keeps on crashing on me! That's the most i can say because i never got it to work so i don't even know how the app looks like! ☹️

Big new update.... They changed the logo. Come on Ingram. Still doesn't save country. Still gives severely broken search results. Still forced to use the website instead.

Crashes and logs me out constantly. Can't remember what country I'm in. Sits there loading endlessly when trying to view and order. Constantly fails to pull tracking info from the shipping company. Arrrrgh

Keeps on giving this error when I try to login, "There was an issue with the connection. Please try again." Tried 2 different android devices.

1. Why country Selection every time? 2. Why not allow to save un/pw ? 3. Search results are bogus, only shows 5-6 on the screen and when I scroll down for more it resets the search result to the top and also resets the right hand side up/down slider to the top. 4. Certain products I can't order through the app I still have to login to the website, what's the point of having an app then ???? 5. Those left/right sliders on the search tab are waste, bring some thing useful I.e specials, deal's etc

Thought maybe I could check my orders with this. Says there is an error with connecting every time I try to login. Never worked once.

What's going on with the country selection?

Have tried this for several months now. After login it crashes and closes. Uninstalling.

And considering you can't use the app without first selecting your country, it's useless. I'll update if it gets fixed.

App now actually logs in, but search results don't seem to get sorted very well, and generally get duplicated a few times in the list (in another random order). And why do I need to select my county EVERY TIME I OPEN the app?!?

Previous version at least could do the query for product, now it won't show any product at all. You fixed minor bugs but unfixed major basic functions

Doesn't work now with the connection error problem. When it used to connect it looked like a great idea that just didn't translate to practicality. Slow cumbersome interface that's trying to be overly clever. It asks for my country each launch. The app really isn't ready for release. Other companies have done this much much better.

It reports that "there is a problem with the connection, try again". But it never does work. I love Ingram micro as a seller, but their app is painfully useless.

Works well, litte slow though on the Note 3

Galaxy Note 10.1 App didn't work first time around. Reinstalled app & now works fine .
