With the InfoRapid KnowledgeBase Builder, you can create mind maps and flowcharts of almost unlimited size, which are displayed partially by the program. This allows you to organize all your ideas and knowledge in a browsable cross-linked chart and memorize them by the help of the flashcards method. You can even create complex process charts and decision trees just as well. The layout is recalculated automatically for each view. You have the choice between a mind map and a flowchart layout and a table view, where items can be rearranged by drag and drop. Clicking on an item brings it to the center of the diagram and as such allows you to navigate from view to view. You can also do a full text search for item names and jump directly to the item you have found. One highlight of the program is the Wikipedia and Twitter import, where all articles and tweets referring to a selected topic are automatically transferred into the diagram. The data is stored in a local database file, which has the same format on all supported devices, so that you can edit your database alternately on Android or on Windows. Your data can be exported as a formatted HTML text document with a table of contents, the mathematical formulas and the images. Other highlights are the powerful text analysis function, which allows you to automatically create mind maps by marking text passages in a document, and the assignment of categories to items and relations. Images can be attached to each item and displayed in an image preview. You can also display small iconic images next to each item. The program can do much more, just give it a try.

It is very powerful but so hard to use.

Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Can hold more info, and pictures as well as articles from Wikipedia so all info and research are easy to see right on the board. The only thing that could make it better is cloud backup and syncing. I had to use drop sync pro to keep it sync to my dropbox. Still very nice. I could see this being useful for writers.

Great start on mobile devices. Though, I am using it on my Windows PC, my 12" Samy tablet, and my large screen android device. Only then can I see the useful power of this application for managing and manipulating information. I would not waste its power on a small phone screen. The application requires a lot of resources which makes is use on my PC essential. Years of using "Axon Idea Processor" for modeling information allows me to see areas where this application can be more practicable because of its integration of the web. The implementation of this new information managing application for mobile devices already changes everything. I m confident that the developer will continue to i prove it. Great job and kudos for the developer.

Ok,-it worth to pay attention to selecting things like in video from note field without using mouse.-It select things from note with lag and selections not precise as autoadd happens while you selecting.-In image view of node(seen from example .kdb which unreproducible)there is Settings popup on menu press not working.I dont know if there any image controls present.-After image viewing, impossible to go back without app exit.-Note window lacks of resize width ability.-Cant do your popup note from 2nd screen

The way it organizes, connects, and makes available large amounts of information doesn't just provide effeciancy, but literally helps you think about and analyze the information better. The only thing I don't like is how the camera sometimes goes haywire when I try to zoom in. Reminds me of the first time I ever tried playing a first person shooting game and my screen coordination had me aiming at the ceilings and corners of buildings instead of where I wanted to. I'm operating from a galaxy tab A if that makes a difference.

The application is similar to TheBrain only looks more like a mind map. You can have all your information available on the device offline and not in the cloud (which is a great plus). You can test drive this with the free desktop version which is exactly the same as you get in this app. Great features overall, however it's a bit slow. It lacks the ease and simplicity of adding thoughts, links, etc. that TheBrain offers.
