Firms, choose something else. Skype or email would be better. Bad experience. Disconnected a dozen times. Bandwidth never enough - but enough for Skype, how come? Personnel unfriendly. Two weeks after first try, I'm still unidentified.
Terrible experience, always fails and keeps you waiting forever, just to then fail. The video for the agent is a black square, no audio. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Please use another ID verification company, these guys clearly don't know enough about technology. Seems very amateur
Waiting waiting waiting. Will it take another day? Week? Month? App gives no feedback at all... Update: It took 3 weeks eventually. I stopped retrying daily after a week or so expecting an sms and when I tried again today I only had to wait 10mins. Maybe daily retries are necessary? Anyways... terrible service.
Don't trust the 5 star ratings. They are probably bought. This service is really bad. You call in and have to follow instructions. If you don't understand or comply within 5 seconds, they just hang up. Nevertheless you probably will make it work after some tries, I guess.
Been on the waiting list for 5 days now. Pretty useless really, Post Ident would have been much faster. I feel very sorry for the bank that had probably paid for thier "Service"
They did not have the patience for one minute to go outside so the rear camera had more light. I waited 10 minutes for them to answer but they could not wait a few seconds. And they did not even bother to look when the light was OK.
The person who I dealt with my indentation was really nice, patient and professional. Really positive experience. Called back instantly. I really don't understand the negative feedback. I wish uk companies were this proficient.
Pointless. Unfriendly, belittling operators are what greet you after waiting 25 minutes online. Only to find they won't accept your national ID card despite it being on their list of accepted ID cards. Uninstalled.
I was worried seeing the low stars but I waited less than a minute and was done again in less than a minute. Perhaps I'm in a country near the same time zone as the agents. But worked perfectly for me
Terrible service. Customer service personnel are rude and zero interpersonal skills. The app crashes every now and then and took me 6 tries to finally complete it
"This may take up to two minutes" 1 hour later still no connection to an agent. What a time wasting piece of garbage this app and company are. Totally useless, why not allow users to upload the documents and then you verify them manually when you have enough staff?

It got the job done quickly and easily. O did get kicked out on my first attempt but I ended up getting it right on my second attempt.
Worst service ever! They say there are x people in front of you but it never gets to you. I spend already hours to wait for someone.

Very bad experience. After having finished the identification I got contacted by the bank that I need to do all over again. No, thanks!
Got worried by the stars but I had instant help. No technical problems and nice person on the other side.
I did the verification twice, and both times I did not receive the confirmation code via SMS at the end. They have no alternative means for this last step (like sending email or calling you), so I was unable to confirm my identity simply because of SMS issues.
They cannot recognise many passports same as mine. They even can't identify official blue card issued by German government!

It doesn't work at all. Tried 2 mobiles. It is the worst app I have ever used.
The service is great. Connected within a few minutes. Polite and professional staff. It took me around five minutes in total to have ID confirmed.
Waiting time is way too long and the transmision and video call were blocked several times.
Got stuck at 5 people. Restarted the App instant Connection and worked perfect

Paid for this service, 2 weeks later still no authorization as it's 'waiting for a second employee to approve the process'... Er.... Now what?

Garbage app and garbage service. Personnel are very rude, incompetent with no human relations skill. If you are a business never use them, your customer level will fall. One hell hole platform!!
