Im Urlaub steht Ihnen die App als mobiler Reiseführer zur Seite und bei Fragen können Sie sich via integriertem Chat an Ihre Ansprechpartner aus den Reisebüros wenden.

Sie können mit der Schmetterling App direkt auf ihre gebuchten Reisen zugreifen und alle Informationen vor, während und nach Ihrem Urlaub abrufen. Des Weiteren können Sie Ihre individuellen Angebote des Reisebüros einsehen und neue Angebote anfordern.

***Reiseführer***
Der Reiseführer bietet Ihnen Reiseinformationen und regionale News aus Ihrer Urlaubsgegend. Durch die Ermittlung Ihres Standorts werden standortspezifische Daten angezeigt. Nicht nur im Urlaub sondern auch zuhause können Sie die App nutzen um Veranstaltungen und Freizeitaktivitäten in Ihrer Nähe zu finden. Auf einer Weltkarte können Sie außerdem nach Destinationen suchen, die Sie interessieren.

***Chat***
Besonderes Highlight der App ist die innovative Chatfunktion. Mit ihr können Sie einfach und schnell Kontakt zu Ihrem Reisebüro aufnehmen – sogar aus dem Urlaub. Die Antwort erhalten Sie per Push-Mitteilung direkt auf Ihr Smartphone.

Vor Reisebeginn können Sie sich eine Reisepackliste zusammenstellen und Informationen vom Auswärtigen Amt, zu Unwetterwarnungen sowie zu den Zollbestimmungen abrufen.
