Same problem of cart emptying itself as described before, after giving feedback to heinemann at least 4-5 times I have never heard back .

I put my basket together, go to cart to check out then it says "Your cart is empty" and erases eveything from the basket.

Was not able to update for a while "error 24". Then I tried to uninstall 1st and worked. A bit slow but good app.

Logging in via browser works fine. But not via the app. Suggest not installing the app and simply using their mobility enabled website.

Won't log in or update. At least can see offers for time being. If contines to fail to update then will be irrelevant in July.
