Travel planner

It's not accurate. And please make it more customizable. I don't want front page planner by default, just let us choose the default page. When I go to choose the travel it is always stuck on old time I searched previously. Make it to be always current time. Or give us options to change it. Also planning is not accurate. It doesn't plan the bast and fastest route every time

Only finds one route and uses a really bad algoritm. Like it might prioritize waiting in the cold for 40 minutes over waiting for 5 minutes and doing one more transfer. Or waiting for 4 hours over taking a 15 min walk. To get around long term you need to plan your trip manually which renders the app completely useless. Needs to be changed to show you all possibilities to reach your destination.

the app is great, the only one thing you should work on , it would be the option to see destination, trip and closest stop on the map. sometimes doesn't even work the function

Simply the best app for public transportation in Europe. I don't understand how other EU cities haven't learned from this app! Magnificent, exact, super easy and quick, a tool!

Well it worked fine but I do not know what they have done to screw it up again. First issue, when I want to insert where I am and where I am going I got these neat little short cuts however, they don't work if everytime I try to use them I get to put in where I am going and then the app tries to force me to put on location tracking. I have turned off location tracking in as many ways as possible because I do not want it. Honestly for me, that feature sucks since I know where I am. Second issue, the information on cancelled busses are just misleading. I was going to take a bus and it said that the bus stop was blocked and then the entire bus was cancelled. I guess you meant that getting to that bus stop was cancelled so don't write that the bus, which was still active, is cancelled. Moreover, there was a second temporary stop. Just fine, but it still said that it was cancelled. And when going home I am on the bus stop on the other side of the road which was not blocked because the workers was on the other side. I thought since it said on the app that the entire stop was cancelled itd come to the temporary one. But no. It did not. Overall just things that is pure laziness. It feels like no thoughts are given into how the information is given. It's always a puzzle and you usually have to attempt to call the support so they can say if the bus is cancelled or not. Horrible. Otherwise the app is just fine. Found no where else to send this in. Fix the issues.

Använder varje dag och krånglar sällan. Dock kunde den vara bättre på att räkna ut rutter som involverar byten. Ibland dubbelkollar jag och den verkar inte kunna få med alla alternativ.

Efterfrågar pushnotiser eller sms för valda resor eller linjer som meddelar störningar automatiskt så vi slipper kolla appen innan man går från hem eller kontoret varje gång

När jag nu senaste dagar sökt på resor mellan Borås och Göteborg så står det "Connection not found". Ritkigt irriterande. Problemet sker när jag skriver in stationen Akkas gata i Göteborg.

Hjälp varje dag. Bra att det går att spåra bussen om den skulle vara lite sen så att jag vet när och om den kommer.

The time it shows never matches with the real time of the buses I always have to wait for bus at the stops.

The app works great, I'd love if it were possible to see each station that a specific tram or bus will stop on

As tourists in Göteborg, this app has helped us to find the best way to go from one point to another in an easy and fast way.

It's one minute left, the driver sees you running and he doesn't bother ofc to stop. AGAIN

Denna app har räddat mitt liv otaliga gånger.

Prestandan är helt enkelt för dålig. Hade en google-sökning gått i samma takt hade man fått vänta i flera dagar på ett svar. Konstant frustrerad när jag har bråttom och ska använda appen, så borde det verkligen inte behöva vara. Edit: mycket av prestandaproblemen löstes av att ominstallera appen (samt manuellt ta bort data som inte raderas automatiskt). Dock är det ju inte bra att det ska krävas. Fortfarande behövs snabbare sök.

The path planning is all screwed up. I wanted connections between two points on either side of the harbor, deselected travel by boat, and still get paths requiring me to walk on water for 16 minutes to cross the harbor...
