Une adaptation en temps réel serait la moindre des choses. 45 mins de trajet pour se déplacer à la gare et entendre uniquement là bas que les trains sont annulés alors que l'application parle d'un retour à la normal. Bref, on ne peut s'y fier pour ce qui serait son utilité première

bug: la fonction "buy similar" reprend "parfois" la date du dernier voyage pour l'apposer sur le ticket du jour. Exemple: ticket pris le 29/08 indique bien 29/08 lors de l'achat. Après validation, il indique 27/07 - date du dernier voyage. Les contrôleurs ont du mal à comprendre. Merci de corrigé. Tourne sur Android - dernière version et dernière version de l'APP

App stole my money. Crashes every time when I want to access the ticket I bought!

Doesn't show the price of the ticket in ticket info after the ticket is bought. Makes refunds by my company complicated

Not a good app if you can only pay by PayPal.

Kan plots geen tickets meer kopen. Iedere keer dat ik probeer een nieuw ticket te kopen, word ik geredirect naar het beginscherm.

Waardeloos om ticket te kopen. De automaten werken zelfs beter. En blijf van mijn contacten af! App meteen weer verwijderd.

This app would be useful if it actually gave the correct train delays, which it does not - rendering it useless.

Tickets kopen met een gruwelijk onoverzichtelijke UI, was niet duidelijk of ik nu een enkel of heen en terug biljet aan het kopen was.

Why does it needs permission of my camera? I like that they try to be super fancy with being able to buy tickets for someone in your contacts but most of us just want to be up to date with the hours, that's all. So it feels like invading my privacy when you want all this information.

This so will get you in trouble. The payment function does not work. But you'll only know after you filled out all your details. Absolutely hate it

The app covers different services (de lijn, Tec etc) very well and I would give it 5 stars if I could actually buy a ticket with it, but the problem with the date of birth still exists. Don't want to have to scroll back all the ways to the fifties!

Payment methods are too limited and much of the online functionality is not available. A very frustrating app...

Deze app is zo slecht dat ik een review schrijf. Ooit gehoord van paypal of mobile banking? Alleen credit/debit cards.. altijd gemakkelijk om te staan klooien met een kaart met nummertjes, en persoonlijke info in te vullen voor een faking ticket. Doe moeite of haal de app offline.

1 When oaying, after filling in all details, I was not able to select the date of expiration of my card. I tried to click but no action. 2. In order to insert my birthday I had to go back to 1979 clicking month by month! Very badly conceived!

Worthless, doesn't give the fastest connection if there is 5 minutes or les to go to the other train. No accurate real-time info. Better to give no info than completely wrong info.

Worst app ever. Usability zero. Keeps resetting the date whenever I change any of the stations, what the ....?!

The app dissapears from my app list untill i reinstall it. I can however open it via the Google market. Apart from this the app works well enough for my needs

This app has major bugs. Due to one of them you can end up buying tickets in the past by mistake, yet be charged and issued a non valid ticket. One of the worst apps I've encountered ever.

Okay the app works kinda. My Dutch credit card doesn't work. Another I had (foreign as well) luckily did. However this is for Belgium transport so why the hell does it not support bancontact. Like it's the Belgium standard and it's not supported. Apart from has issues selected the right location (train stations). But seriously if it's for Belgium than support the common payment option there and not only credit cards (we are not in the USA). Especially if some credit cards don't work on your app (just checked and it does work with other services).

UI is verouderd, UX is slecht. Tickets kopen kan alleen via mastercard/visa/amex... We zijn 2017, waar is paypal/bankcontact/payconiq?! Enige dat deftig werkt is routes plannen en Realtime info bekijken

De app is beter voor de lijn gebruikers, want bij het opzoeken van een station krijg je bijna altijd bus stations in de plaats van trein stations...edit: ik woon op 1.5 km van het station maar in Aalst zijn er zo veel bus stations dat die eerst geplaatst worden waardoor ik mijn nmbs stations niet terug kan vinden (de lijst is beperkt tot 20 items, bij mij allemaal bus stations... Daarnaast kloppen de vertragingen nooit met wat er effectief in het station zichtbaar is.

Works well. Buying a ticket is not that intuitive but at least I don't have to wait at the selling points. The ergonomic could be improved.

Works well for me ! I buy my tickets through it and it never failed me. The UI could be more up to date with Android latest recommendation and I noticed a couple of small bugs therefore not 4 stars and not 5.

The app allows you to order a ticket, but always returns an error when you try to see you ticket => useless!

Shame that bancontact isn't implemented yet. Even after it was promised more than a year ago it is still not in place. Very disappointed hence removed app.

Information lags tremendously in regards to stationinfo. Just plain redicoulous in 2017. Old unofficial app was way better.

Reisinformatie wordt pas bijgewerkt als de trein effectief rijdt, en dat kan je als reiziger onmogelijk weten. Er zou een update komen, in september. Vorig jaar. Jammer dat ik geen nul sterren kan geven. Volgens @nmbs wordt eraan gewerkt, al 2 jaar. Wat een knoeiboel.

It's great that you can check trains schedules and buses,... But when I have no interest in those it pisses me off that I have to uncheck all means of transport and select only trains. It would be very much appreciated if we could set that in the app settings or in the preferences or make the app remember it! Please!

Het ingeven van geboortedatum wordt aan de hand van maandkalenders gedaan. Om naam na maand 60 jaar terug te gaan is tijdrovend. Waarom wordt dit niet aangepast in recente versies van Android? Het werkt bv wel makkelijk met een scroll systeem in versie 4 van Android.

Interface is ok maar het zou leuk zijn indien je specifieke routes op specifieke tijdstippen zou kunnen opslaan! Voor als je bvb op reis vertrekt en je op de hoogte wil blijven van enige vertragingen/technische storingen zodat je nog kan uitwijken naar de auto op het laatste moment. De betaling werkt niet met paypall/android pay? FIX THIS niet iedereen heeft altijd een creditcard bij zich! Een optie om afrekening via je telefoonprovider te doen zou ook een handig alternatief zijn!

Why keep asking for DOB if you can't get a decent date picker to work with the app? Bought a ticket via the website and surprise surprise: no DOB needed. What a joke.

corrections de bugs, je crois pouvoir enfin acheter mes billets sans crash. Par contre pour choisir ma date de naissance j'ai du remonter le temps mois par mois dans un calendrier, pas pratique !

Goede app, alleen soms andere info op app tov in station. Ik vraag bij problemen, die er te frequent zijn, toch nog na omdat de App niet altijd betrouwbaar is. Zorg ervoor dat die info beter en rapper door stroomt..

As soon as you have entered details of your journey and press search all I get is a popup saying internal error. App is totally broken.

Love it! Just did not find how to have more than one passenger on my ticket. Also, the schedule chanes are usually timely announced. One question though: what is the work around if the phone breaks down or battery is empty?
