Tyne and Wear Metro App for Android
After the amount of time I waited for this app to be made, I expected it to benefit from live tracking data like you use on the display boards in stations, rather than static timetable data. Yes, I know you have a section for live status updates, but that doesn't do anything unless there is an actual big issue on the lines. When metro class 'on time' as 1 minute early, or 5 late, it would be good to know EXACTLY how long I have so I don't have to stand out in the wind and rain for a late running train, or even longer because I just missed one that was running ahead of time.
A very nice app, however... On the home page, the Nearby departures pane needs to reflect the ACTUAL trains times as shown on your platform status boards - currently the apps displays the normal timetable times for this pane.
Status doesn't update unless you uninstall and reinstall the app. Doesn't show the true running of the Metro status. Showing incorrect times for Bank Holiday weekend.
Fantastic!! Been waiting a long time for this!!
"Metro Apologies" app keeps crashing, useless
Fantastic and finally having live times is such a plus!!!
Good app
It helped a lot with my journey

To be fair it's a very nice app, very well designed and informative. A small word of advise however the "more" section of the app is incredibly laggy, consider using some sort of recycler view. Judging by a network logcat whenever in open the "more" sections it seems to actually be preloading each section/button. This isn't good for people with limited data, low signal and this is probably the main reason why this section is laggy. Another thing is perhaps consider switching from a webview to a chrome custom tab, needles to say that chrome custom tabs are far better and it won't be long before the webview will be deprecated. Other than that. Great app
