I just want to know what train to get on to get where I'm going and what time it'll arrive at my waiting spot. Simple. That's all. What's difficult about that.

Live tones don't update, but works as an estimate timetable. 1) Time of trains are pretty much the scheduled times. Works fine (with an error margin) as long as there are no delays but doesn't update the same as the info boards 2) Bug using wheel to select time and date for a journey. Jumps all over the place. 3) Information page is about the app devs. Users don't care about that. This should be an info page about the train service, whish is sorely lacking considering the times don't reflect service alterations.

App does not update when there are delays or cancellations. I have been left in stations where trains have been cancelled and app still shows them as running even though signs in station show them as delayed or cancelled - so they are in the system

What a useless app!!! You can't buy tickets on it and the planner doesn't work for return you can check times that's it!!! What a waste

Consistently inaccurate!! Pointless app, would be more reliable to ask a Magic 8 ball what time your train will leave.

Why on earth this app request to access my photo/media/calendar in order to use the app? F off DO NOT USE THESE KIND OF DOGGE APPS. Read carefully before you give any permission to the apps.

It rarely works and when it does it displays in displays inaccurate information. It used to be reliable but not anymore.

Deleting this app really bad..not accurate not live times and not user friendly.

You have more of a chance of the static times being right than the live updates. There's absolutely no point in having this feature when it never works properly. Either have RealTime live updates based on GPS or scrap this feature

Good app, but needs a fix when you try to choose dates for travel the options skip. Almost impossible to select your departure date/time on android anyway

So far has not been wrong if train delayed it's on it. Also if train not running a bus service will operate can get proper real time information.

We've come a long way from the rolling stock (cattle trains) that were available when I started working at least we have an idea now if there is a train at all? Well done IE !

You can't book your tickets so what's the point. The website is quicker.

Won't allow you to book anything. F now I have to drag my laptop to book not tablet

Easy to understand, even when you're not from here! I've used it for all of our train travels on both our trips with zero problems.

Standing in Tara Street station waiting for the train which according to the app was due 4 mins ago. Notice board on platform says it is 8 mins delayed. Why does the app not show the same? It is fine some times but not reliable

Don't understand negative comments. Works perfectly for me. Simple and useful.

Sometimes show the wrong time, but is just organize yourself to be at the station about 5 minutes before and everything will be OK

It displayed a train on Sunday that never existed... It should be OK on weekdays, but ultimately unreliable. Thus it's better to browse the timetable on their website (to plan ur journey, use Google maps, or whatever works for u, that also displays connections to bus or luas) I guess I am eagerly waiting for the patch...

Consistent crashing when attempting to access map to view route

It rounds the due time to the hour rather than displaying 1hr 40 mins it shows 2hr, please fix this.

Surely in this day and age time tables and purchasing tickets could be all in the one place. Nope, just like the trains, disjointed. Very disappointed.

Train times are often wrong, with trains leaving earlier than shown, or in the case of one train it shoes, doesn't exist according to the station staff.

Almost all the times are wrong! We have to wait an hour and a half for the train due to this crap! DON'T USE THIS APP! USE THE WEBSITE!

Probably one of the best Apps for Dart and Commuters in Dublin. Bang on the minute and shows delays.

Simple to use, mostly accurate and very useful

Needs fares for commuter trains and DARTs, and online ordering for all other tickets

Cannot buy tickets hoped this would be an good alternative to ir poor web site would be disappointed if I had any expectations

It looks like they are calculating live times by checking their static timetable instead of checking the trains actual location via GPS and doing a few simple calculations! Poor user experience which sums up Irish Rail really.
