Gira Design Configurator with Live View

See in advance just how good Gira switches will look on your wall: the easy-to-use Gira Design Configurator will provide you with a realistic impression of your desired combination. The many frame varieties of the Gira switch ranges can be combined with selected functions in various colours and materials. In the new Live View mode, you can even virtually project the configured switch precisely on the spot where you intend to install it: using a smartphone or tablet camera you can see what selected Gira switch ranges will look like in your real surroundings. This makes it the ideal planning and decision-making aid for end customers, builders, architects and room planners.

Configuration
In the Configuration mode, the many frame varieties of the Gira switch ranges can be combined with numerous functions from the Gira product range. In addition to light switches and socket outlets, intelligent functions such as the Gira push button sensor 3 and the Gira surface-mounted home station video can also be configured. In the perspective view, you can observe the individually combined products against a neutral background over a 120° angle range. As a result, you can gain an idea of the spatial effect, as well as seeing how the colours and surfaces work together.

Live View mode
By scanning a tracking subject with your smartphone or tablet camera you can get a realistic impression of what Gira switches will look like on the wall. All of the various material and colour combinations can be tried out directly in selected functions and viewed from every perspective. A screenshot of the view together with information on the configuration can then be saved as a PDF document and sent by email. All models and textures are already included in the app. This means the Live View mode can be used without an Internet connection.

Favourites
The Favourites list makes it possible to save personal combinations and quickly call them up again at any time.

Gallery
The gallery displays interior images with selected design versions and functions from the Gira switch ranges.

Important notes:
Requirements for Live View mode:
- Internet connection to send or print the tracking subject and a screenshot
- Printer to print the tracking subject
To optimise the quality of the display, a powerful smartphone or tablet is recommended.
