If you miss hitting the yes button in time you don't get another chance to records your progress . Would be better if the reminder did not time out. I have missed a few days because of this

You can't customize the time the app checks in with you each day and you can't track more than one habit at a time.

I like the idea of planting a seed and watch it grow as a symbol of establishing good habits. BUT app only checks in with you once per day (evening) , no option to change the setting : (
