FlixBus - bus travel in Europe

Using Flexbus is the worst mistake of my life. They first sent a text saying the bus is delayed by 15 minutes but the bus came an hour late without any further reminders. After that their horrible driver's with attitude continued to delay. Finally the app suggested the bus will be 90 minutes late but it wasn't true it was 120 minutes late. The worst part is after all that delay the bus drivers have the audacity to stop at a gas station for a coffee and snacks. Because of that I arrived 2:30 late and missed my flight. Lost my nonrefundable 500euros ticket. Please, I advice you to not use this horrible service. If you must, make sure to not have commitments right after the trip.

This app needs a real time GPS. Been waiting for the bus for 45 minutes at Brugges. The bus arrived late and then there was no system to let people in the queue. The prices are cheap though, so what more can you expect?

Horrible bus company. Just the prices are cheap. There is no internet to use. Dirty WC always. Horrible driver. Always delay. Always problem. Always borring waiting. Always bad experiences and too much bad things. .... I used 6 or more times and hope get better. Never use again

2 out of 4 tickets were delayed for more than 1 hour, without notice. Customer service is useless. Cannot change schedule, you need to cancel and book again, that results in an extra fee

Cheap, and (in my experience at least) fairly punctual bus travel across EU. Deducted one star because of the on-board WiFi: sites like SteamCommunity, Imgur or YouTube are blocked, you are limited to 150MB of data usage and on top of that it's very very slow.

It is a must to put a realtime gps information with location for every bus on the map! Also popup notifications in case of delay/or just popup with ETA - 1 hour or 30 minutes before departure.

Flixbus is Worst service ever! Had to wait for 1 hour and bus didnt arrive. Even the next scheduled bus was late and no visibility. Call center dont answer. Biggest BS bus service with no respect to customers!

Flixbus is terrible. Arrogant behaviour from employs. They left me on the street, me and my mother. Money burned. I will never use this company again.

The bus never picked me up!! I am waiting since 2months and no refund yet!! I got a guy from the customer service and he told me "I call you back tomorrow" he never called me back^^ so I called then back and asked if they can handle the issue and they said "we will send you an email" and you know what?! No email and still no solutions. A shame because I used to like this company:/

The people who were screaming about discrepancies in stated departure time vs actual departure time are clearly genuine victims. Don't have anywhere to go, anything to eat, everything had been planned last week. But now, come the actual day, the you keep on the discharge postponing?

Talking about the app, the worst thing is that it doesn't show you the platform for departure. I ended up almost losing my bus because of that, plus, I had to ask the employee at the flixbus counter about it and he sent me 2 times to the wrong platform! Very disappointing!

I used to live driving flixbus. But in the future I won't use it anymore it's always been late since this year; always about an hour!! And the bus drivers are mostly not very nice. The quality got less and the prices higher. Sorry to say so but I'm very pissed and it's happening too often! If you want to be on time I'd not take the Flixbus.

I have missed my bus in prague because they put on one line that the bus stop is platform 3 while you should guess to open it to know that for linz it is platform 4 not 3. Very unprofessionnel !!!

Add Sofort Payment in App and its 5-Star. Also, advise to alert via App for any delays rather than SMS, it will be real-time and free

Impossible to recover the bookings from an old installation because is only an interface with the website. Good for nothing!
