With SchoolOut You can select a time-period for every weekday, in which only selected apps can be started.
New installed Apps will be blocked automatically, until they where unlocked in the options-menu.
SchoolOut can also block WIFI, Bluetooth and Mobile Data (not at android 5 and above) and mute tones.
not finally tested under Android 5 - only emulated.
