Voraussetzungen für die Nutzung der Unfallmelde-App
• Sie haben eine Kfz-Versicherung bei der Feuersozietät Berlin Brandenburg.
• Sie sind im Besitz eines Unfallmeldesteckers.
Die Unfallmelde-App ist Teil des Unfallmeldedienstes - einem Service Ihrer Kfz-Versicherung. Ergänzt wird sie durch den Unfallmeldestecker, den Sie von uns erhalten und der im Zigarettenanzünder / 12-V-Steckdose Ihres PKW installiert wird. Via Bluetooth erhält die App über den Unfallmeldestecker ein Signal, sobald dessen Sensoren eine bestimmte Aufprallstärke messen. Die GPS-Positionsdaten werden an unsere Notrufzentrale weitergeleitet. Bei schweren Unfällen schickt unsere Notrufzentrale sofort einen Rettungswagen an die Unfallstelle. Unabhängig davon baut Ihr Smartphone in jedem Fall automatisch eine direkte Sprachverbindung zu unserer Notrufzentrale auf.
