Bitte beachten Sie folgende Hinweise:
- Die Tel Service App steht aktuell nur privaten Vertragskunden zur Verfügung.
- Zur Nutzung der App benötigen Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten zu „Mein EWE“, die Sie zusammen mit Ihren Vertragsunterlagen erhalten haben. Sie müssen bei der Anmeldung die Funktion „Online-Rechnung“ beauftragt haben. Sollten Sie noch nicht auf die „Online-Rechnung“ umgestellt worden sein, können Sie dieses auf der „Mein EWE“ Website beauftragen. EWE service for telecommunications:
