Mobile Track unterstützt Fahrer auf ihren Transporten mobil und ermöglicht eine einfache Statuserfassung mit Geokoordinaten per Smartphone. Der Einsatz ist für Sammelgut, Direktverkehre, FTL und Teilladungen, Hubverkehre, Kontraktlogistik und gesicherte Transporte möglich.
Die App bietet vielfältige Funktionen für die papierlose Bearbeitung von Zustellung, Abholung, Transporten oder Pick-ups mit Barcodescannung, Unterschrifterfassung und Dokumentation von Beschädigungen mit Fotos. Die Statusmeldungen werden in Echtzeit an die jeweilige Inhouse-Speditionssoftware übertragen, sowie auf Wunsch auch an Speditionskooperationen.
Die Erfüllung der Anforderungen der Gelangensbestätigung nach UStDV, die ab dem 1. Oktober 2013 in Kraft getreten sind, wird bestmöglich von Mobile Track unterstützt.

Aus den Ortungsdaten kann eine übersichtliche Landkartendarstellung generiert werden. Dank dieser Funktion werden Probleme auf der Strecke, beispielsweise Staus, schnell sichtbar und es kann gegebenenfalls entsprechend umdisponiert werden.

Vorteile für die Kontraktlogistik und Luftfracht
Abläufe in der Kontraktlogistik unterstützt die App intelligent, z.B. Pick-up-Prozesse im Automotive-Bereich auf Einzelpositionsebene, Kanban-Prozesse sowie die Dokumentation von Arbeitszeiten. Be- und Entladungen können mit Zeitstempel festgehalten werden und dienen als Nachweis gegenüber dem Kunden. Auch Behälterbuchungen für Kanban-Prozesse können direkt über die App vorgenommen werden.
Bei gesicherten Transporten in der Luftfracht können Abgangs- und Eingangsmeldungen bis auf Geokoordinaten genau dokumentiert und ein sicherer Transport überwacht werden. Die Daten werden in bestehende Systeme integriert.

Einfache Anbindung an bestehende Systeme
Mobile Track lässt sich einfach an bestehende Dispositions- und Speditionssysteme anbinden und ist schnell startbereit. Durch die dynamische Prozesseinstellung können bestehende Vorgaben flexibel umgesetzt und spezifische Statusvorgaben übertragen werden.
