Speed Read inspired by Spritz! for Android
I can copy and paste things just fine but if i ever try to directly share an article all i get is the title then a url link. I have tried with various news apps and flipboard. Bad app or am i doing something wrong?
Significant speed increase

I've tried a few different RSVP app and the thing I like about this one is that the text is viewable on the section below the reader bar. It'll be good if I could make notes in the PDF without disturbing the text. There's one problem. The reader keeps skipping pages. When it's finished reader one page it'll skip a page and move onto the next one. For example it finishes page 1, will skip page 2, and move onto page 3. Other than that it's good.
1. Larger reading text, smaller page preview window. 2. MOBI support 3. Speeds in smaller increments (10s, 25 even would be nice) 4. Ability to save location (using ePub files).
So i have used Spritzlet on my Chrome browser for months to read articles and have been excited to retain and use that app so easily. When I discovered this for 'droid I was just as excited. An app that could use the same familiar interface and open PDFs. As a computer tech I have to read many large PDFs and this would be perfect to get through those dry chapters - right? Dead wrong. Once i got to 7 pages the app stated it had exceeded the limits. There is no mention of limits in the description nor anything that stops me and say - hey a 400 page book is large I get it but tell me that before I load it and spend time trying to get it to work...
Must download another Paid App to use. Cannot use this without it. Cannot evaluate. UNINSTALL
Takes a full minute to load.
Junk and shart
Not good
As in title. With reasonable articles it just takes too long to load. If you share an article it's often just the title and url, not content.
Scips sometimes uppercase letters. Annoing highlighting of words is not stable. Some times works sometimes not.
Guys.. the backlight of the screen switched off while I was reading.
I have a txt file but when I try to open it with this app it doesn't show anything. I even pasted it and still nothing. Can anyone make a working version of spritz???
Lags with longer articles.
The speeds aren't even close to accurate which seems like a pretty important aspect of a speed reading app. Will improve rating if developer fixes.
Plenty of bugs. Not enough memory to process large amounts of text. A carbon copy of Spritz, however it has hideous deformities. Stay away, wait for the real deal.
Samsung Galaxy note 3.... app locks up the phone requires hard reboot.
Recent update improved text alignment however the 'Paste' button just makes the text speed slide bar flash and once you've pasted a paragraph or two from a news article the speed slows to a crawl. Was waiting 2 seconds for each word to flash up even when set to 1000 wpm

I can't clear the last article I read. When I tried to read another article by "sharing" to the app, the old one was still there. Hit the X to clear the screen, reshared, still there.

Shows full text below and also highlights the right part to look at. Support the developer and get premium. Thank you!
Great ui, g great idea but, pages skip when reading pdf, other times when moving between pages while app freezes or crashes etc. Wish i could get my refund for pdf add in which is frankly milking it already. Will try to come back to it in few months as for now, removing it
First word of each paragraph showed below last of previous (just upper part visible). After update can't open up without downloading pdf2txt
Much improved and nuanced interface. My favourite spritz like reader on play at the moment. Bookmarks would be great. Keep up the excellent work and thank you
Worked for like three months, now starts with error message. Cannot use the paid version anymore. Want my monay back!
I love the structure of this app. It gives you the option of rsvp or traditional eye movement in tackling reading for speed. I am a big proponent of Bud Foote's Speed Reading Tutor and think this app form a nice complement to that program, now rather ancient (unfortunately).
Text too big, does not fit allocated space
Text is too large and there is no way to adjust it
Text to large and no options to adjust.
I can't get this to work all the time. Regularly shuts down when exporting to the app. On my tablet, same behaviour, and when it works the text is too big.
Spritz this... App is totally rubbish on my Phone, Cannot read anything. Can only give one star as it does not work.
Has flaws though
No way to edit the pasted text that I can see. This is an annoyance in that pasted documents sometimes include headers, URLs, "Share this" etc I will try to learn this app more but so far it does read what I paste into it fine. I like it so far and will continue grooving it in. Never crashes for me by the way. Do not have the PDF plug in.
This app gets worse with every update! Where it used to be fast and effective, now it is buggy. It lags on each word when copying from the clipboard, slowing reading down to several words per minute. And now it doesn't even open. How disappointing.
Counter intuitive interface. Really lacking and doesn't take punctuation into account.
Like the idea although it just doesn't work at all
Pause the reader then step backwards to first word in paragraph; it's highlighted together with last word in previous paragraph. Meaning it was completely skipped when you were reading in normal speed mode! App-breaking bug :(

I like the app but when I pause it and go do something else, it skips back to the start when I come back. Not a huge issue, just very annoying. Otherwise a great app that's actually helped me learn to read faster.
