The free BVG FahrInfo-Plus app is the combination of timetable information and ticket sales for Berlin and Brandenburg. Always have the best route information including real-time data from start to destination with the app. Choose what's important on your way: direct connection or stopover, wheelchair or bicycle. Transfer times and transport modes can be specified. Get departure times in real time of all stops and stations. And if you’ve lost your way the app will show your location on the map and show you the next stop/station. If required, with locations of our CarSharing partners. Tips to save clicks and time
When logging in check to active the "Remember me" button. Do not buy your ticket in the metro station but buy before entering the station which will assure a stable internet connection when purchasing. To retrieve your ticket you don’t need an internet connection, provided you have not logged out. To obtain timetables, departure times or purchasing a ticket an active online connection is required.

Not even possible to sign in..."Due to a server error your request could not be completed. Please try again later." Well, I've tried, even two days later and I still couldn't sign in. What an embarrassment!!! Not one decent public transport app in Berlin!

The app is helpful to check public transport. I have just moved to Berlin from Mumbai, in Mumbai we have app to check all types of public transports operated. The best part of that app is it works offline unlike BVG app which makes it much more convenient to use. Also the m-indicater (Mumbai's app) has special feature for women security. BVG should work on their app to make it user friendly and must introduce security features for women.

there is no button to tell the app, that it is wrong in rejecting my input. I insist that I know better than the authors of the script that check the postal codes. I live there! also: server errors.

The app is helpful, but at the same time UX is horrible. It can take you couple minutes to understand how does UI work. Such a mess

You need to check your app. I am unable to purchase tickets because I can't save the details required. Every time I tap save the fields for first and last name are wiped out.

Completely useless. Doesn't save name and surname in login info and when you want to buy ticket, it asks you to write the names in an endless loop. Unusable.

Useless! Attempting to buy tickets leads you into an endless loop of entering and re-entering your name and surname. Other parameters (address, phone number) are stored.

Confusing for purchase of tickets. I You have to press ok several times to validate the 4AB tickets. Was fined 60 euros by abusive staff even though I bought the tickets

The thing that drives me mad is that when I switch away from the app for more than 10 seconds or something it forgets my router and puts me back on the home screen which makes the app really annoying to use. I already disabled battery optimisations for the app specifically but that didn't make a change. Can you PLEASE fix this??
