This year the conference will run parallel to IFA Berlin 2017, starting on September 3 with a barcamp day followed by 2 days of talks, sponsor exhibitions, and parties.

This year, there will be a new addition to our conference: talque will be the official messenger for droidcon Berlin 2017! You can easily make new contacts by browsing through profiles of other participants and seeing which match your interests. Meetings can be arranged for the break and spontaneous groups can be formed with other conference participants. talque can even be used after the show, as it is a real team messenger.

Please install the Android app

The google livestream for the GDD talks will be announced via talque.

Due to possible bandwidth limitations, we recommend that you install the app beforehand and fill out your profile. It only takes two minutes.

The Twitter integration is helpful. Serial timeline is not the best UX IMHO.

It's great to have an app that I can use to organize my schedule for the Droidcon. However while trying to assemble my schedule I noticed that the list of talks is just one long vertically scrolling list. Seems I can't jump to a given day and being able to see talks that happen at the same time next to each other (at least when in landscape view) would be great. So every time I return from the detail screen of a talk I'm sent back to the top of the list and have to scroll all the way down where I started in order to continue assembling my schedule. Thus the idea is great, but the usability could be improved.
