Animated Analog Clock Widget

I got tired of waiting for the second-hand feature to return. It never did, so I uninstalled it. There are several widgets that have an animated second hand! Search for "Clock" by Egert, for a similar clock with a second hand!

One issue is the seconds hand will lag most times. I really wish it could show a world clock though. Then it would be complete. Plus, I find the style packs are a bit short to my liking.

If you wanted a classic clock, this was just about perfect, clean, clear, with all numbers shown and a ticking second hand. But then it did not work on Lollipop. Other clocks can get the second hand ticking on the latest Android, so this one should too. It has already been too long to get it fixed. I waited long enough then installed another clock, not so lovely to look at by a long way, but the second hand ticks.

I've not seen resizable widgets/icons before so I thought that was pretty cool. My beef with this widget is that the second hand doesn't seem sync'd with the phone. It's close, but there's between a quarter second to a third of a second between the phone's minute changing and the widget's Second hand getting to the 12/top. WTF?

Another Lollipop flaw: no link to clock functions Alarm; World Clock; Stopwatch; Timer [comment added 12 November 2016] I've installed this widget on every Android I've owned, but it has failed on my current Huawei running 5.1. The second hand is not continuous - erratic! Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrgh!!!!

Since the last update the second hand no longer moves. Please update and fix or it looks like everyone (including me) is deleting it. Installed "Simple Analog Clock [Widget]" and I've got a second hand again. Screw these guys, they could have fixed this a long time ago.

I have had this app for 3 years or so and it worked great until earlier today. The clock face is frozen and only seems to update every minute with the digital clock. The secondhand doesn't move at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy S 6. Please fix.

I finally found an analog clock widget with sweep second hand, that doesn't suck the life out of my battery. Oh and I've had no issues with the functionality of the second hand on my Samsung phone.

But after updated to Marshmallow 6, the Second Hand freeze up and stop moving. Pls fix this. TQVM!

I used to like this but the second hand broke some time ago. I just tried again in my shiny new Pixel and it's still broken. No thanks.

Since my device upgraded to Android 5, the second hand has become jerky and unreliable.

Used this widget up until I updated too marshmallow. Now the second hand is no longer animated. Occasionally it will jump forward, but it looks strange.

The functionality in the second hand WAS working, but now it just freezes wherever it is when I go to check the time. It's a small problem, but for such a small program, you'd expect it to work.

Giving up waiting for it to work. No other apps work either, but if it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

Update: this project appears to have been abandoned. Has been over a year and a half since last update. Things are broken and not being fixed.

But I loved it more when the second hand was working. Kind of why I originally got it. It's been quite a while too. Wish it would get fixed!

i love this app and use it on every device but since installing on my new huawei y6 and huawei gt3 the seconds hand fails to work shows it but does not move please fix

Works with KitKat. Update: second hand stops with Android 5.1. Update: it's been months and this still does not function properly with 5.1.

Need "do nothing" option when tapping the widget. No need alarm shortcut or whatever. Just widget

Please fix the second hand. That is the only reason for getting this app.

Y isn't there a live icon JUST IN iOS???!?!!?, I must've downloaded 10 of the most popular, including this one can't get the hand for the seconds to move slowly or reliably at each second mark!!

I made the donation when I first got this for my tablet (Dec '14). Now it is useless on my new phone. Why hasn't it been fixed? Had to get another app/widget for the phone. It doesn't look quite as nice but at least it works! There is no point in this app if the second hand doesn't work. BTW you don't actually have to make the donation, it will be in your widgets regardless.

This widget killed 50% of my battery in one day, and 5% every day even if I remove it completely from my home screen.

Takes 7% of my battery. Not sure if normal or not.

This widget is great. I have been using this for some time. I have had no problems with the second hand.

I prefer using an analog clock to tell time and most of the phones I have had only have a digital clock option. This app works great and has a good variety of faces to choose from with the optional style packs. I noticed someone complaining that it was not free (because of a donation request?) but I have never had to pay to use or continue using it so, free!

Second hand is not working. This has been my fav app but I will be forced to uninstall if the issue is not resolved. Hope developers are aware of this and are working to fix the same.

Disappointed that on my new phone your second hand doesn't work and by the looks of the last update date, you have no solution.....so goodbye!

On Galaxy Note 5 the second hand shows but won't move. Too bad, because I liked being able to have just the one clock widget using memory for a different style clock on each screen.

I have happily used this for years on various HTC's, but this week the second hand stopped working. HTC M9 Android 5.1 Sense 7. It stopped working on my partners Samsung S6 too

Want a few weeks to see how it works. I never take the opinion of others, I like trying it out for, myself ask me in 2 weeks OK I'm ready app us superb love it 5star!!!!!

Please make the second hand work again, it's the whole reason I downloaded your app.

This use to be a great clock but on my note 4 it won't open unless "donate" . This is a free app and it should be my choice. NOT!
