elfe is the first app for controlling the structure of measuring system, which was developed specifically for exhibition organizers. With this powerful app exhibition companies get the ultimate software tool to monitor the construction and completion of the system exhibition stands to your trade shows and events.

Target group of elves app are responsible project manager or employee of exhibition companies, which are responsible for the execution of the system stand construction.

The eleven-app makes your job easier. You have all the important information is always at hand and always and everywhere keep track - until the successful transfer of your system exhibition stands to your exhibitors.

And the best part: you need do nothing further and there are no additional costs. The server-based database system is continuously fed by your booth builder and its subcontractors involved with information and is thus any time up to date.

For the use of the B2B App ELVES a valid login is required. Without login data no use of the app is possible.

- On the Overview screen you get at a glance the most important information: How many booths are to build as many booths have already been completed, how many complaints have yet to be stopped by the booth builders and how many last minute orders are still the stand-builder work off? Where is the transfer time of a stand already passed and how many transfer protocols of the exhibitors defects?
- In the status screen you get by halls listing of all exhibition stands with indication of level number, exhibitor name, booth version and basic equipment.
- You immediately realize what completion status has a booth.
- Call on your mobile device from the floor plan and see where there are individual stands.
- Call for each booth on your smartphone, layout and isometric representation on.
- You have a complete overview of all complaints or last minute jobs in the Job Screen. You control which complaints and last minute orders already completed and which are to be processed by the stand builder yet.
- Shortcomings and problems to be documented locally to a photo and you are on your Smartphone available.
